Description
Claims (15)
- 1.a)切除した茎分裂組織を好適な成育培地中で培養し;ついで b)上記の茎分裂組織を形質転換し得る好適なベクターで上記の組織を接種する ことを含むことを特徴とする植物組織の形質転換方法。
- 2.上記の組織が植物から切除された茎頂である請求の範囲1項記載の方法。
- 3.上記の茎頂が上記の植物から切除された頂端半球体及び2枚以上の始原葉を 含む請求の範囲2項記載の方法。
- 4.上記の組織がえき芽である請求の範囲1項記載の方法。
- 5.上記のベクターがアグロバクテリウム・ツメファシエンスである請求の範囲 1項記載の方法。
- 6.上記のベクターが選択形質またはレポーター形質の遺伝暗号を含む請求の範 囲1項記載の方法。
- 7.上記の選択形質が抗生物質抵抗性である請求の範囲6項記載の方法。
- 8.上記のアグロバクテリウム・ツメファシエンスが株LBA4404(pRG US2)である請求の範囲5項記載の方法。
- 9.上記のアグロバクテリウム・ツメファシエンスが株EHA1(pRGUS3 )である請求の範囲5項記載の方法。
- 10.形質転換工程中にアセトシリソゴン及びオピンを添加する追加の工程を含 む請求の範囲5項記載の方法。
- 11.オピンがノパリンである請求の範囲10項記載の方法。
- 12.a)形質転換植物組織を選択する工程;及びb)形質転換植物組織を培養 して根の成長を誘導する工程を更に含む請求の範囲1項記載の方法。
- 13.a)好適な成育培地中で切除した茎頂組織を培養し;b)上記の茎頂組織 にアグロバクテリウム・ツメファシエンスを接種して上記の組織を形質転換し; c)形質転換植物組織を選択し;ついでd)形質転換植物組織を培養して根の成 長を誘導することを含むことを特徴とする植物組織の形質転換方法。
- 14.形質転換中にアセトシリンゲン及びオピンを添加する追加の工程を含む請 求の範囲13項記載の方法。
- 15.アグロバクテリウムが株LBA4404(pRGUS2)または株EHA 1(pRGUS3)である請求の範囲13項記載の方法。
