の流れ図、第５図は実装プリント基板の回路例を
示す図である。 図において、１は計算機部、２は定電流電源部
、３は電圧計測部、４は表示部、５は３点プロー
ブ部、６は切換スキヤナ部である。なお、各図中
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 実装プリント回路基板上の不良個所を診断する
試験装置において、同一距離間隔のプローブポイ
ントを持つた３点プローブを上記実装プリント回
路基板のパターン上に接触できる手段を具備し、
そのプローブから実装プリント回路基板上のパタ
ーンに一定電流を供給する定電流電源部と、プロ
ーブ間の電位差を計測する電圧計測部と、上記定
電流電源部及び電圧計測部と３点プローブの接続
を切換える切換スキヤナ部と、電圧計測部からの
情報を処理する計算機部と、その計算機部で処理
するために必要なプログラムと、処理された結果
を表示する表示部で構成したことを特徴とする試
験装置。
