は実装プリント基板の回路例を示す図である。 図において、１は計算機部、２は定電流電源部
、３は電圧計測部、４は表示部、５は３点プロー
ブ部、６は可動部、７は切り換えスキヤナ部であ
る。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。

Claims (1)
- 実装プリント回路基板上の不良箇所を診断する
試験装置において、距離間隔が可変できるプロー
ブポイントを持つた３点プローブを上記実装プリ
ント基板のパターン上に接触、かつ接触された各
２点間のパターン抵抗値が同一値になるように設
定できる手段を具備し、そのプローブから実装プ
リント回路基板上のパターンに一定電流を供給す
る定電流電源部と、プローブ間の電位差を計測す
る電圧計測部と、上記定電流電源部及び電圧計測
部と３点プローブの接続を切り換えるスキヤナ部
と、電圧計測部からの情報を処理する計算機部と
、その計算機部で処理するために必要なプログラ
ムと、処理された結果を表示部とで構成したこと
を特徴とする試験装置。
