Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は圧縮された可撓性物品が充填される可撓性袋の
開口装置に関する。とくに本発明は、袋の開口が必要に
なるときまで、補強材料の必要なしに、圧縮された可撓
性物品が発生する引裂力に対抗しうる、ミシン目付き開
口装置に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
開口装置および支持ハンドルを備えた可撓性物品を収容
するポリ袋は、ドイツ国特許出願第３゜６２９．５６３
号に開示されている。袋はとくに使捨ておしめ用のもの
で、ミシン目開口装置が充填される袋の頂部まちにハン
ドルの下に設けられ、個々の物品はミシン目が開口され
ると袋から取り出すことができる。
前方開口ミシン目によって画定された、好ましくは前方
パネルの約１／３以上の長さの開口を通って連続して取
出しうる、可撓性物品を収容する可撓性袋は、ドイツ国
特許出願第３，６４２，３２７号に開示されている。こ
の前方開口は物品を取出すにつれてさらに拡大され、残
りの物品はそれらが取出されるまで多かれ少なかれ保護
される。
ミシン目の不時の切裂きを避けるため、保護引張り層が
設けられる。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上記技術に開示された袋はそれらの中に正しく圧縮され
た物品を便利にかつ順序よく供給するのに適していない
。充填される袋の頂部まちに設けられたミシン目開口装
置を備えたポリ袋は、それが圧縮された物品の１つを、
残りの圧縮された物品を混乱しない状態のまＮ１容紡に
取出すことかできないため適当でない。上記のものは前
方パネルの１／３以上の長さの、個々の物品を連続して
取出しうるように徐々に開口される前方開口を備えた可
撓性袋を開示している。したがって、本発明の目的は、
前記開口装置が内部圧縮に対抗するが容易に作用して、
便利かつ順序よく物品に到達し、その一方残りの物品は
依然として袋ρ旧こ整然と保持しうるようになった、圧
縮された可撓性物品を充填される袋用の開口装置を提供
するものである。
〔課題を解決するための手段および作用〕本発明は、圧
縮された可撓性物品を充填される可撓性袋の開口装置に
関し、内容物に容易に到達し、付加的補強材料を使用す
る必要なしに、充填および処理操作中内部の圧縮された
物品の力に対抗しうる前記袋を提供するものである。こ
の目的を達成するため、ミシン目によって画定された開
口装置は、包装された可撓性物品の圧縮方向に対して垂
直に袋パネルに設けられる。ミシン口は、それらが圧縮
された可撓性物品の伸長力を直接うけないように設置さ
れ、不時の切裂きを防止するのに付加的保護材料は必要
ではない。物品に到達するためミシン目に沿って装置の
切裂きを開始する便利な手段が設けられる。
好ましい実施例において、充填される可撓性袋の接合部
の１つから始まり装置の開放を開始する便利な手段を提
供する利点がある。別の好ましい実施例において、開口
装置はそれが設けられたパネルの高さの７５％よりさら
に下には延長しない。
きわめて好ましい実施例において、本発明による開口装
置を備えた可撓性袋に包装されるｉｉＪ撓性物性物品れ
らの最初の容積５０％まで圧縮される。
明細書は、本発明を構成するものと考えられる主題をと
くに指摘しかつ明確にクレームする特許請求の範囲の記
載によって結論づけられるが、本発明は、同じ要素を指
示するのに同じじ符号が使用される図面に基づいてなさ
れる、下記の記載から一掃よく理解することができるも
のと信する。
〔実施例〕
第１図の充填された袋は所謂頂部まち型である。
この実施例において、この袋は圧縮された物品２の充填
後ほゞ正方形１となり、物品のいくつかが説明のため点
線で示されている。正方形は前方パネル４ａ、　４ｂ、
側方パネル８ａ　、　８　ｂ　ｓ底部パネル１３、頂部
パネル５および指示ハンドル６よりなっている。圧縮さ
れた物品２は伸長力をフィルムに、前方パネル４ａに矢
印３で示したように圧縮方向に加える。頂部パネル５は
指示ハンドル６および頂部パネル５を囲みかつその平面
上方にいくぶん立上がる接合部７を備えている。側方パ
ネル８ａは物品に到達する有効面積を画定するミシン目
９を有する。ミシン目９は、頂部パネル５と側方パネル
８ａとの間の端部を仕切る接合部７の部分を通って延び
、それによりつまみ区域１０を画定している。
第２図において、開口装置１１が切裂かれ圧縮された物
品２が袋１から出される方法を示している。
第３図および第４図に示す実施例は、側ノｊまち型の袋
に対応して実施されている。
第３図に示すように、袋１０は圧縮された物品２を充填
された後ほゞ正方形になり、物品のいくつかは点線で示
されている。正方形は前方パネル１０４ａおよび１０４
　ｂ、側方パネル１０８ａおよび１０８ｂ、底部パネル
１１３、頂部パネル１０５および指示ハンドル（１０６
）よりなっている。圧縮された物品２は伸長力をフィル
ムに、前方パネル１０４ａ上に矢印３によって示された
ような圧縮方向に加える。頂部パネル１０５は支持ハン
ドル１　’０６を備えている。ミシン目１０９は側方パ
ネル１０８ａに設けられ伜かに頂部パネル１０５内に延
びている。開口装置１１１は、頂部パネル１０５内に達
するミシン目の範囲１１０付近に設けられる、つまみタ
ブ１１２を備えている。
第４図は開口装置１１１が切裂かれた後、圧縮された物
品２が袋１０１から出される方法を示している。
第５図に示された実施例の袋２０１は側方まち型のもの
である。袋２０１は、第３図および第４図に示された袋
とは、開口装置２１１を切裂くため、つまみタブを必要
としないことにおいて相違している。実際、頂部パネル
２０５に達するミシン目２０９の区域は小さく、丸い区
域２１０に形成され、その区域は１本の指で押すことに
よって容易に破壊され、開口２１１を切裂き始め、その
開口はさらに切裂くことによって圧縮された物品２に到
達することができる。
第６図ないし第８図は側方まち型の袋に関連する実施例
を示すが、２列に重なった圧縮された物品２が包装され
ている。
第６図は第５図に示されたものに対応する袋３０１を示
すが、その袋は高さが高く、かつ２列に重なった圧縮さ
れた物品２を収容している点で相違する。上の列の物品
を取出すため接近しうる開口装置３１１ａは、第５図に
示されてものと同じである。下の列の物品に到達するた
め、少なくとも上の列の一部が使用された後開口装置３
１１ｂを画定するミシン目３０９は開口装置３１１ａの
下側に設けられ、かつ装置３１１ｂ上端の小さい丸くな
った区域３１０が圧縮された物品２の下方の列の上端間
で延びるような位置にあり、そこで開口２は、圧縮され
た物品２の少なくとも一部が取出された後、圧縮された
物品２の下方列に到達するため開口装置３１１ｂを切裂
くことにより、便利に引裂かれる。
第７図は上方列の圧縮された物品２が、装置３１１ａが
切裂かれた後、第６図に示すように袋３０１から取出さ
れる方法を示している。
第８図は圧縮された物品２が、開口装置３１１ｂが切裂
かれた後、袋３０１から取出される方法を示している。
本発明による開口装置は、とくに、たとえば圧縮された
使捨ておしめを充填されたｎＳＳ外性袋用有利である。
きわめて好ましい実施例において、完成したおしめが包
装ステーションに到達したとき、袋内に包装される堆積
は６０％に圧縮され、この技術の人々に公知の頂部まち
型または側方まち型の袋に挿入され、引続いて通常の方
法でシールされる。この段階において、おしめの圧縮さ
れた堆積はその最初の容積の５０％になる。したがって
、おしめの最初の容積が５０％減少するため、充填され
シールされた袋は貯蔵および輸送空間が節約される。
圧縮により、大部分の伸長力がフィルムに対して圧縮方
向に加えられるため、本発明の好ましい圧縮方向に垂直
な穿孔開口装置は、圧縮された惜しめが発生する力によ
りミシン目が切裂かれるのを防止する保護材料を必要と
せずに、得ることが可能である。側方パネル上の開口装
置を画定するミシン目を、伸長力に対抗して前記力をう
けるパネルの端部から少なくとも２ｍｍのところに設置
することにより、ミシン目の保護の必要がなくなるが、
このことはたとえば使用説明を湿すラベルを剥がすこと
が本発明の範囲内に入ることを意味しない。
僅かに傾斜した形状の開口装置がとくに有利であり、上
の幅は充填された袋の側方パネル幅の４０％と８５％の
範囲内にあり、また下の幅は充填された袋の側方パネル
の全幅の５０％と９０９０の範囲内にある。しかしなが
ら傾斜した形状は、装置の円滑な作用のため必ずしも必
要ではない。
袋が未使用物品に対するその保護作用をできるだけ維持
するため、開口装置の区域を画定するミシン目を充填さ
れた袋の側方パネルの高さの約７５％よりさらに下に延
ばさないことが好ましい。
容易に物品に到達するため、開口装置の最少高さは５０
％が好ましい。
袋が圧縮された物品を充填されるとき、開口装置はつま
み区域１０またはつまみテープ１１２のいずれかをつま
み、それにより袋内部の圧縮力の一部を釈放することに
よって切裂かれる。この圧縮力の釈放により１番目の物
品が前にきて容易に袋から取出すことができ、続いて物
品は徐々に釈放される圧縮力により後から自動的に前方
に出てくる。各物品が前方にきて取出されるとき、袋内
部の圧縮力が減少することは明らかである。しかしなが
ら最初の圧縮が５０％であるため、本発明による開口装
置は袋内官物の少なくとも５０％に対するデイスペンサ
として作用する。残りの物品の取出しは、それらが圧縮
されない状態をふたたび回復するため容易である。開口
装置が、開口後でさえも、袋内に存在する圧縮力と組合
わせて側方パネルの高さの７５％よりさらに下に延長し
ないことは、袋が回転されるにしても、残った物品が袋
から落下することを防止する。
本発明による開口装置は可撓性物品が少ない、すなわち
１．５％と４．５％の間の、圧縮をうけるとききわめて
よく作用し、唯一の差異は物品が取出されるとき圧縮さ
れた可撓性物品の少しの部分が１つずつ前方に出てくる
ことである。しかしながらこのことは、残りの物品に依
然として容易に手が届くため、問題でない。
示された好ましい実施例においては、物品の１列または
上下２列が包囲されるけれども、１列以上の物品を横に
並べて包装することも可能であり、各列の物品には上記
のような開口を通して到達することができる。
また正方形の袋１に、それに加えてまたはむしろ接合部
７の一致する部分を利用して、つまみタブ１１２設ける
ことができる。
袋は、種々の型のプラスチックフィルム、紙またはそれ
らの組合わせのような、可撓性材料から作ることができ
る。
４つの好ましい実施例か詳細に記載されかつ図示された
が、多くの変型が可能であり、それらは本発明の範囲内
にある。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明は、開口装置を包装される可撓性物品の圧縮方向
に垂直にパネルに設けたことにより、開口装置が、内部
圧縮力に対抗して意図しない切裂きを防１にするととも
に、便利かつ順序よく物品に到達してこれを取出すこと
ができる一ｈ゛、残りの物品を袋内に整然と保持するこ
とのできる、圧縮された可撓性物品を充填される可撓性
袋の開口装置が得られる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、本発明による開口装置を備えた袋の実施例を
示した斜視図で、開口装置は袋パネルに包装される物品
の圧縮方向に垂直な方向に設けられ、袋は項部まち型で
ある。 第２図は、第１図に示す開口装置を備えた袋の斜視図で
、開口装置は切裂かれ物品は容易に引出されるようにな
っている。 第３図は、包装された物品の圧縮方向に垂直に袋パネル
に設けられた、本発明によるつまみタブを有する開口装
置を備えた袋の他の実施例の斜視図で、袋は側方まち型
である。 第４図は、第３図に示された装置の斜視図で、開口装置
は切裂かれ物品が容品に取出されるようになっている。 第５図は、第３図に示す開口装置を備えた他の実施例の
斜視図で、たりしつまみタブはなく、開口装置は包装さ
れた物品の圧縮方向に垂直にパネルに設けられ、袋はま
ち型である。 第６図は、本発明による開口装置を備えた袋の他の実施
例の斜視図で、開口装置は包装された物品の圧縮方向に
垂直に袋パネルに設けられ、袋は側方まち型で、２列に
重ねて物品を収容ししたがって２列の開口装置を備えて
いる。 第７図は、第６図に示す開口装置を備え２列の物品を収
容する袋の斜視図で、開口装置は切裂かれた上方の列に

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、圧縮された物品（２）を詰込んだ後ほゞ正方形（１
    、１０１、２０１、３０１）をなし、前記正方形が前方
    パネル（４ａおよび４ｂ、１０４ａおよび１０４ｂ、２
    ０４ａおよび ２０４ｂ、３０４ｂおよび３０４ｂ）、側方パネル（８
    ａおよび８ｂ、１０８ａ、および１０８ｂ、２０８ａお
    よび２０８ｂ、３０８ａおよび ３０８ｂ）、底部パネネル（１３、１１３、２１３、３
    １３）、頂部パネル（５、１０５、２０５、３０５）お
    よび支持ハンドル（６、１０６、２０６、３０６）とよ
    りなる開口装置において、前記開口装置は包装された可
    撓性物品（２）の圧縮方向に垂直なパネル（８ａ、 １０８ａ、２０８ａ、３０８ａ）上に設けられたことを
    特徴とする圧縮された可撓性物品が充填される可撓性袋
    の開口装置。 ２、前記側方パネル８ａ、１０８ａ、 ２０８ａ、３０８ａ）には、前記開口装置（１１、１１
    １、２１１、３１１）を形成するようにミシン目（９、
    １０９、２０９、３０９）が設けられていることを特徴
    とする、請求項１記載の圧縮された可撓性物品が充填さ
    れる可撓性袋の開口装置。 ３、前記頂部パネル（５）は、頂部パネル （５）の平面上にいくぶん立上がる接合部（７）によつ
    て囲まれ、前記ミシン目（９）は側方パネルに設けられ
    接合部（７）の隣接部分を通つて延び、それによりつま
    み部分（１０）を形成することを特徴とする、請求項１
    または２記載の圧縮された可撓性物品が充填される可撓
    性袋の開口装置。 ４、ミシン目（１０９）はそれらが区域 （１１０）を画定するパネル頂部（１０５）内に僅かに
    延び、前記開口装置は前記区域（１１０）の範囲に適用
    されるつまみタブ（１１２）を備えていることを特徴と
    する、請求項１または２記載の圧縮された可撓性物品が
    充填される可撓性袋の開口装置。 ５、ミシン目（２０９、３０９）はそれらが区域（２１
    ０、３１０）を形成するパネル頂部（２０５、３０５）
    内に僅かに延び、前記区域（２１０、３１０）を形成す
    るミシン目は容易に破断されそれにより装置（２１１、
    ３１１ａ）の開口を開始することを特徴とする、請求項
    １または２記載の圧縮された可撓性物品が充填される可
    撓性袋の開口装置。 ６、正方形袋（１、１０１、２０１、３０１）内に包装
    される可撓性物品は５０％まで圧縮されることを特徴と
    する、請求項１ないし５のいずれか一項記載の圧縮され
    た可撓性物品が充填される可撓性袋の開口装置。 ７、ミシン目（９、１０９、２０９、３０９）は前記側
    方パネル（８、１０８ａ、２０８ａ、３０８ａ）の高さ
    の７５％よりさらに下方には延びていないことを特徴と
    する、請求項１ないし６記載の圧縮された可撓性物品が
    充填される可撓性袋の開口装置。 ８、開口装置（１１、１１１、２１１、３１１）は僅か
    に傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項１ないし７の
    いずれか一項記載の圧縮された可撓性物品が充填される
    可撓性袋の開口装置。
