図である。 図において、１は床下地パネル、２は支持脚部
、３は台座、１０は床下地板、１１は制振材、１
２は吸音材、２０は上部支持部、２１は支柱部、
３０は台座基部、３１は受部材、３２は防振材を
示している。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 床下地パネルと、該床下地パネルを支持す
    る支持脚部と、該支持脚部を受ける台座とを有す
    る防音防振床下地装置であつて、前記台座は台座
    基部とその上に載置される受部材とを有してなり
    、かつ台座基部と受部材との間には前記台座基部
    と比重、嵩比重あるいは硬度の少なくとも１つが
    異なる材料よりなる防振材を介在させてなること
    を特徴とする防音防振床下地装置。 (2) 防振材は、ゴム質系防振材、アスフアルト
    系防振材、プラスチツク系防振材、あるいは高密
    度無機質繊維系防振材の少なくともいずれか一種
    から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項(1)
    記載の防音防振床下地装置。 (3) 防振材の受部材側面あるいは台座基部側面
    の少なくとも一方が接触面積を小さくする加工が
    施されていることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の
    防音防振床下地装置。 (4) 床下地パネルの下側には制振材層が設けら
    れていることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の防音
    防振床下地装置。 (5) 床下地パネルの下側には制振材層及び吸音
    材層が順次が設けられていることを特徴とする請
    求項(1)記載の防音防振床下地装置。 (6) 支持脚部が支柱部と、床下地パネルを受け
    るツバ部と前記支柱部の上部と螺合する雌ネジ部
    とを有する上部支持部とを有し、前記支柱部の上
    部には前記雌ネジ部と螺合する雄ネジ部が形成さ
    れてなり、かつ前記支柱部の下部には台座の受部
    材を受ける螺合部が形成されてなることを特徴と
    する請求項(1)記載の防音防振床下地装置。
