Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は自動車のウインド・ワイパ（前面ガラ
スワイパ）、特に、自由端がＵ字形の鈎（フツク）
になつていて、そのＵ字形の脚の間にワイパ・ブ
レードに関節接続された、好ましくはプラスチツ
クでできた接続部材が差し込まれ、そこで固定で
きる、ワイパ・アームを持つ自動車のウインド・
ワイバに関する。
従来の技術 このようなウインド・ワイパはたとえばドイツ
公開公報第2709893号から公知である。ここに述
べられたワイパ・アームとワイパ・ブレードとの
間の接続は前後の回転運動だけをする従来のウイ
ンド・ワイパに対しては十分である。
しかしながら、その上に、前面ガラスの隅の領
域に延び運動をするウインド・ワイパのときには
事情が異なる。この場合、騒音の発生を確実に締
め出すためには、ウインド・ワイパ・アームまた
はウインド・ワイパ・ブレードの縦方向にも遊び
のない接続が必要である。
フランス特許第1235573号から、ワイパ・ブレ
ードの回転軸の周縁の一部を囲む、ワイパ・アー
ムに取り付けられた保持ばね（クランプばね）を
持つウインド・ワイパは既に公知である。保持ば
ねはワイパ・ブレードの交換が容易に確実に行な
える−もちろんこの場合、ねじ回しその他の形の
工具は必要であろうが−寸法でなければならない
ので、公知の装置によつては比較的大きくて重い
ワイパ・ブレードの或る程度突然の伸縮運動にお
いて遊びのない案内はほとんど達成されない。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 本発明の課題（目的）は、上記の従来のウイン
ド・ワイパをワイパ・アームとワイパ・ブレード
との間の接続を確実に遊びのないように構成する
ことである。
問題点を解決するための手段 この課題は、本発明によれば、接続部材の回転
軸において接続部材に関節接続させた留めヨーク
にその閉じた位置においてＵ字形の鈎に留めるよ
うに外側から係合させ、接続部材をワイパ・アー
ムの方に引つ張らせることによつて達成される。
実施例 本発明を図示の実施例について以下に詳述す
る。
第１および２図に部分だけを示すウインド・ワ
イパ装置ではワイパ・アーム１とワイパ・ブレー
ド２とがプラスチツク製の接続部材３とそれに関
節接続された留めヨーク４とで容易に引きはずす
ことができるように結合されている。
接続領域の詳細な構成は以下のとおりである： ワイパ・アーム１の先端はＵ字形の鈎５になつ
ていて、その中にワイパ・ブレード２にリベツド
６で回転できるように取り付けられた接続部材３
を差し込むことができる。同じリベツト６によつ
て留めヨーク４が接続部材３に、したがつてワイ
パ・ブレード２に関節接続されている。留めヨー
ク４は第１図ではその作用位置を実線で、回転し
て離れた位置を鎖線で示してある。作用位置にお
いては留めヨーク４は対応した形の面７でＵ字形
の鈎５の外面と突き合わせになつて（係合して）
いて、接続部材３をワイパ・アーム１方に遊びが
なく引つ張つている。
横方向の案内のために、ワイパ・アーム１のＵ
字形の鈎５の脚は留めヨーク４および／または接
続部材３のウエブのような縁領域８，９によつて
横方向に囲まれている。
留めヨーク４はその自由端の前面ガラスと反対
側が押しボタン１０として構成されている。
第１図に鎖線で示す留めヨーク４の開いた位置
を画定するために、接続部材３に、リベツト６に
よつて構成される回転軸を囲むカラー１３のへこ
み１２と連携する側方の止めボルト１１を設け
る。
開いた留めヨークはワイパー・ゴムの反対側で
ワイパ・ブレードに突き合わせになつてそれをガ
ラス面に長さ全体にわたつて接触しないように曲
げるので、留めヨークが閉じていないときは直ち
に知ることができる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は一部のワイパ・ブレードを示す、ワイ
パ・アームとワイパ・ブレードとの接続領域の側
面図である。第２図は第１図に図示のものの上面
図である。第３図は接続部材と留めヨークの側面
図である。第４図は第１図の線−に沿つた断
面図である。第５図は第１図の線−に沿つた
断面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 自由端がＵ字形の鈎になつていて、そのＵ字
    形の脚の間にワイパ・ブレードに関節接続され
    た、好ましくはプラスチツク製の接続部材が差し
    込まれ、そこで固定できる、ワイパ・アームを持
    つ自動車のウインド・ワイパであつて、接続部材
    ３の回転軸において接続部材３に関節接続された
    留めヨーク４がその閉じた位置においてＵ字形の
    鈎５に留めるように外側から係合し、接続部材３
    をワイパ・アーム１の方に引つ張ることを特徴と
    するウインド・ワイパ。 ２ 留めコーク４のＵ字形の鈎の外側に対向した
    面はＵ字形の鈎の形状と適合していることを特徴
    とする、特許請求の範囲第１項記載のウインド・
    ワイパ。 ３ 留めヨーク４が閉じているときＵ字形の脚は
    横方向に留めヨーク４および／または接続部材３
    のウエブ状縁領域８，９によつて囲まれているこ
    とを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１項記載のウ
    インド・ワイパ。 ４ 留めヨーク４はその自由端の前面ガラスに反
    対の側が押しボタン１０として構成されているこ
    とを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１項記載のウ
    インド・ワイパ。 ５ 留めヨーク４はその開いた位置においては休
    止位置を持つていることを特徴とする、特許請求
    の範囲第１項記載のウインド・ワイパ。 ６ 休止位置を画定するために、回転軸を囲む留
    めヨーク部材４のカラー１３のへこみ１２と連携
    する側方の止めボルト１１が接続部材３に設けら
    れていることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第５
    項記載のウインド・ワイパ。
