  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の半導体ウエーハを所定の間隔で整列保持
    したボートを収納し、ヒータにて加熱する炉芯管
    の管内温度を測定する治具であつて、 温度検出素子を内装した石英チユーブと、 上記半導体ウエーハと略同じ熱容量をもち、か
    つ、石英チユーブに嵌装したダーミウエーハと、 前記石英チユーブ及びダーミウエーハを炉芯管
    内に搬入・搬出するボートとを具備したことを特
    徴とする半導体製造治具。
