- 半導体ウエーハを載置したボートを入れる炉芯
管と該炉芯管の周囲に設けらたヒーターと熱電対
とを有するウエーハ熱処理装置において、前記炉
芯管内にはサブヒーターとサブヒーター用熱電対
が設けられていることを特徴とするウエーハ熱処
理装置。
