Claims (6)
- 一方主面側を起毛させた繊維シートを搬送装置に供給し、前記繊維シートの他方主面側を前記搬送装置の搬送面を介して吸引しながら搬送する第1の工程と、
前記繊維シートの起毛させた前記一方主面に、液体を吸収し保持することが可能な粉粒状の吸収性物質を散布し、散布した前記吸収性物質を、前記繊維シートの前記他方主面側が前記搬送面を介して吸引される吸引区間において、前記繊維シートの内部に侵入させる第2の工程と、
を備え、
前記第2の工程において、前記吸収性物質が散布され前記吸引区間を搬送されている前記繊維シートの前記一方主面に間隔を設けて対向し、前記繊維シートを通り抜けて前記搬送面よりも内側に向かう空気の流れを抑制する複数の第1の対向領域と、前記空気の流れを抑制しない複数の第2の対向領域とが交互に形成されて、前記繊維シートの前記搬送面側とその反対側との間の気圧差を大きくする圧力差増大手段を設けたことを特徴とする、吸収体の製造方法。 - 前記圧力差増大手段は、互いに対向する一方主面と他方主面とを有する板状又はベルト状の部材であり、
前記部材の前記一方主面は、前記吸収性物質が散布され前記吸引区間を搬送されている前記繊維シートの前記一方主面に対向することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸収体の製造方法。 - 前記部材は、
前記部材の前記一方主面に開口が形成され、
前記開口に連通する通気路が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の吸収体の製造方法。 - 前記通気路は、前記部材の前記一方主面と前記他方主面との間を貫通する貫通穴であり、
前記部材は、複数の前記貫通穴が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の吸収体の製造方法。 - カバーシートの一方主面に接着剤を塗布する第3の工程と、
前記接着剤が塗布された前記カバーシートの前記一方主面を、前記繊維シートの前記吸収性物質が散布された前記一方主面に重ねて、前記カバーシートを前記繊維シートに積層する第4の工程と、
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の吸収体の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の吸収体の製造方法で製造された吸収体を含み、
前記繊維シートの前記一方主面が肌面側に配置され、前記繊維シートの前記他方主面が非肌面側に配置されたことを特徴とする、吸収性物品。
