Claims (13)
- 繊維シートである布帛と、前記布帛の表面に積層したシリコーンゴムからなる下地層と、前記下地層の表面の一部に設けた導電性充填材と前記導電性充填材を保持するシリコーンゴムとからなる導電層と、前記導電層を設けた側の前記布帛の表面に設けられ、少なくとも前記導電層、前記導電層の周囲の前記下地層及び前記布帛を覆うシリコーンゴムで形成される保護層とを備えた伸縮配線部材であって、
前記布帛と前記下地層と前記保護層とで構成される積層体部分の弾性率E’3が1~6MPaである伸縮配線部材。 - 前記布帛と前記下地層と前記導電層と前記保護層とで構成される積層体部分の弾性率E’4が3~8MPaであり、
前記E’4>前記E’3の関係にある
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記布帛と前記下地層と前記保護層とで構成される積層体部分が、前記導電層を設けた部位の外側となる前記導電層を有しない部分である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記伸縮配線部材の100%伸長後のうねり長さが7%以下である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記伸縮配線部材の100%伸長後のうねり高さが7mm以下である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記伸縮配線部材の伸長前50mm長さにおける100%伸長後のうねり数が1又は0である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記布帛と前記下地層と前記保護層とで構成される積層体部分の周波数0.1Hzで測定される貯蔵弾性率E’3と、周波数28Hzで測定される貯蔵弾性率E’4の差(E’4-E’3)で示される周波数依存性が0.6MPa以下である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記下地層の弾性率E’1は1~10MPaであり、
前記導電層の弾性率E’2は2~60MPaであり、
前記伸縮配線部材の100%伸長歪率が10%以下である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記布帛は、平編み、ゴム編み、スムース編み、若しくはその変化組織の何れか一種又はそれらの組合せから選択される少なくとも一のニットであり、
前記導電層の長手方向が、前記ニットのコース方向である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記布帛は、パール編み、若しくはその変化組織でなるニットであり、
前記導電層の長手方向が、前記ニットのウェール方向である
請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記布帛は、トリコット、デンビー編みやバンダイク編み、コード編み、若しくはその変化組織の何れか一種又はそれらの組合せから選択される少なくとも一のニットであり、

請求項1記載の伸縮配線部材。 - 前記導電層の外縁から2mmを超える外側にまで広がる前記下地層を設けた
