Description
-DCX-0コーティングでは、摩耗が特に強く、それは、MoDTC摩擦調整剤を組み込んでいない潤滑環境における同一のタイプのコーティングに対するよりも強い。
-DCX-1コーティングにおいて、DLC上部への水素化されていないアモルファスカーボン層の追加は、摩耗速度を略2.9倍低下させる傾向がある。
-DCX-2コーティングにおいて、酸素プラズマによるDLC表面の変更は、DLCの摩耗速度に顕著な影響を与えないが、一方で表面エネルギーは完全に変更されると見受けられる。
-本発明によるDCX-3コーティングでは、試験の最後においても摩耗は存在しない;摩擦直径は初期の接触直径よりほんの僅かに大きい。窒化クロムは略1800Hvの硬さを有する。
Claims (2)
- 二つの摩擦部品と、前記二つの摩擦部品の間に摩擦調整剤を有する潤滑環境とを含む装置であって、前記摩擦調整剤がMoDTCであり、コーティングが前記二つの摩擦部品のうち一方の摩擦部品に適用されていて、前記二つの摩擦部品のうち他方の摩擦部品がスチールであり、前記コーティングが、NaCl型結晶及び1800±200HVの微小硬さを有する窒化クロムであり前記一方の摩擦部品の外面に適用されていて、前記コーティングが40±5原子%の窒素を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 二つの摩擦部品と潤滑環境とを含む請求項1に記載の装置を製造及び作動させる方法であって、
前記二つの摩擦部品のうち少なくとも一方の摩擦部品に前記コーティングを適用することと、次いで、
前記潤滑環境において前記二つの摩擦部品を作動させることとを備える方法。
