Abstract

1. Фрикционная деталь, работающая в среде со смазкой, содержащей модификатор трения, при этом на указанную деталь нанесено покрытие, отличающаяся тем, что покрытием является нитрид хрома, а модификатором трения является MoDTC; при этом нитрид хрома выбран ввиду того, что он присутствует в кристаллизации со структурой типа NaCl с микротвердостью 1800+/- 200 HV.2. Применение фрикционной детали по п. 1 является применением в области автомобилестроения.3. Применение по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что является применением в области двигателей.4. Применение по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что является применением в области коробок передач.

Claims (4)

1. Фрикционная деталь, работающая в среде со смазкой, содержащей модификатор трения, при этом на указанную деталь нанесено покрытие, отличающаяся тем, что покрытием является нитрид хрома, а модификатором трения является MoDTC; при этом нитрид хрома выбран ввиду того, что он присутствует в кристаллизации со структурой типа NaCl с микротвердостью 1800+/- 200 HV.
2. Применение фрикционной детали по п. 1 является применением в области автомобилестроения.
3. Применение по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что является применением в области двигателей.
4. Применение по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что является применением в области коробок передач.
