- 前記デバイス(1)は、前記圧電変換素子(3)に電圧が印加され、前記圧電変換素子(3)が印加された前記電圧の結果として変形することにより、前記力を生成するように構成されている、請求項7に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 前記支持体(4)は、プラスチック又は金属を含む、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス(1)。

前記圧電変換素子(3)は、単一の圧電層(5)と、上部電極(6)とを有し、前記圧電層(5)は、前記上部電極(6)と前記支持体(4)との間に配置されており、前記支持体(4)は、導電性の材料を含むと共に、電極として使用されるように構成されている、デバイス(1)。
