Claims (9)
- 流体供給源と流体アクチュエータとの間に設けられ、前記流体アクチュエータに供給する流体圧力を稼働圧力に設定するノーマルモードから同流体圧力を前記稼働圧力よりも低いスタンバイ圧力に設定するスタンバイモードに移行することが可能な流体圧力制御装置であって、
前記流体供給源に接続される入口ポートと、前記流体アクチュエータに接続される出口ポートと、前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートを連絡する流路の面積を調整可能な供給弁と、前記供給弁の弁体を変位させるためのダイヤフラムとを備え、前記ダイヤフラムの一方側にはパイロット室が形成され、前記ダイヤフラムの他方側には前記出口ポートと連通するフィードバック室が形成され、前記入口ポートと前記パイロット室を接続する流路にパイロット圧供給用電磁弁が設けられ、前記パイロット室の圧力流体を外部に排出する流路にパイロット圧排出用電磁弁が設けられ、前記パイロット圧供給用電磁弁および前記パイロット圧排出用電磁弁を制御する制御部が設けられ、前記供給弁を通過した圧力流体が外部に排出される流路を有さず、
前記流体アクチュエータに向かって流れる流量が所定時間継続して所定値を下回ると、前記ノーマルモードから前記スタンバイモードに移行するか、または、前記流体アクチュエータに向かって流れる流量が所定時間継続して所定値を下回った後、外部から入力されるモード切替信号が変化することにより、前記ノーマルモードから前記スタンバイモードに移行し、
前記出口ポートの圧力を検出する第1圧力センサを備え、前記制御部は、前記第1圧力センサによって検出される前記出口ポートの圧力が前記稼働圧力または前記スタンバイ圧力となるように前記パイロット圧供給用電磁弁および前記パイロット圧排出用電磁弁を制御し、
前記パイロット室の圧力を検出する第2圧力センサを備え、前記制御部は、前記第1圧力センサおよび前記第2圧力センサの検出信号に基づいて前記流体アクチュエータに向かって流れる流量を推定する流体圧力制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧力制御装置において、

前記ノーマルモードで動作しているとき、前記出口ポートの圧力が前記稼働圧力よりも大きく、かつ、前記パイロット室の圧力が大気圧よりも僅かに大きい所定値以下となっている場合は、前記パイロット圧排出用電磁弁を遮断位置にする流体圧力制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧力制御装置において、
前記スタンバイモードで動作しているとき、前記出口ポートの圧力が前記スタンバイ圧力よりも大きく、かつ、前記パイロット室の圧力が大気圧よりも僅かに大きい所定値以下となっている場合は、前記パイロット圧排出用電磁弁を遮断位置にする流体圧力制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧力制御装置において、

前記稼働圧力および前記スタンバイ圧力の設定値を任意に変更することができる流体圧力制御装置。
