Abstract
Description
図1に示す本発明の第1実施形態に係る電磁弁システムは、例えば、入力信号に基づいて空気圧機器302の圧力制御を行う電空レギュレータとして用いられる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る電磁弁システム10Bについて説明する。本実施形態において、第1実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 入口ポートと出口ポートとを互いに連通する給気流路を開閉する給気弁体と、前記給気弁体を駆動させるためのパイロット弁部とを備える電磁弁システムであって、
前記パイロット弁部のパイロット室に供給される気体の流量を制御する給気用電磁弁と、
前記パイロット室から排出される気体の流量を制御する複数の排気用電磁弁と、
前記給気用電磁弁と前記複数の排気用電磁弁とのそれぞれの開閉動作をPWM制御又はPFM制御によって制御する弁制御部と、を備え、
前記複数の排気用電磁弁は、互いに並列に配置され、
前記給気用電磁弁の流量特性と前記複数の排気用電磁弁のそれぞれの流量特性とは、互いに略同一であり、
前記複数の排気用電磁弁の数は、前記給気用電磁弁の数の2倍である、電磁弁システム。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁システムであって、
前記複数の排気用電磁弁が1回ずつ又は複数回ずつ交互に開く第1動作モードと、前記複数の排気用電磁弁が同時に開く第2動作モードとのいずれかを設定する動作モード設定部を備え、
前記弁制御部は、前記動作モード設定部で設定された動作モードに基づいて前記複数の排気用電磁弁の開閉動作を制御する、電磁弁システム。 - 請求項2記載の電磁弁システムであって、
前記出口ポートの気体の圧力又は流量を検出する検出センサを備え、
前記動作モード設定部は、
設定値と前記検出センサの測定値との偏差の絶対値が所定の閾値よりも小さい場合に、前記第1動作モードを設定し、
前記偏差の絶対値が前記閾値以上である場合に、前記第2動作モードを設定する、電磁弁システム。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の電磁弁システムであって、
前記動作モード設定部は、前記弁制御部が前記複数の排気用電磁弁の開閉動作を制御する場合、前記弁制御部の制御周期毎に前記第1動作モード及び前記第2動作モードのいずれかを設定する、電磁弁システム。 - 請求項4記載の電磁弁システムであって、
前記弁制御部は、前記動作モード設定部が前記第1動作モードを設定した場合、前記複数の排気用電磁弁が1回ずつ交互に開くように前記複数の排気用電磁弁の開閉動作を制御する、電磁弁システム。 - 請求項5記載の電磁弁システムであって、
前記弁制御部は、前記動作モード設定部が前記第1動作モードを設定した場合、前回の制御周期で動作した排気用電磁弁とは異なる排気用電磁弁の開閉動作を制御する、電磁弁システム。
