Claims (4)
- 回転軸心の周囲に複数のシリンダボアが設けられたシリンダブロックと、
弁板を介して前記シリンダブロックの端面が回転可能に摺接するポートブロックと
を備え、
前記弁板には、前記シリンダブロックの回転軸心を中心とした円周上において前記回転軸心を含む仮想平面の一方側に高圧ポートが設けられ、かつ前記仮想平面の他方側に低圧ポートが設けられ、
前記ポートブロックには、前記高圧ポートに連通する吐出油路と、前記低圧ポートに連通する吸込油路とが設けられ、
前記シリンダブロックの回転に伴ってそれぞれのシリンダボアに配設されたピストンが往復移動し、前記吐出油路及び前記吸込油路を通じて油が流通されるアキシャル型の油圧ポンプモータであって、
前記弁板には、前記低圧ポートと前記高圧ポートとの間において前記シリンダボアに連通する下死点側の位置に再生ポートが設けられ、
前記ポートブロックの内部には、前記再生ポートと前記吐出油路との間を連通することにより、前記高圧ポートに連通する以前のシリンダボアに対して前記再生ポートを介して前記高圧ポートの圧力を伝達する再生油路が設けられ、
前記再生油路は、前記ポートブロックに設けられた前記吐出油路から前記ポートブロックにおいて前記仮想平面よりも前記高圧ポート側となる第1の領域を通過し、その後に前記仮想平面よりも前記低圧ポート側となる第2の領域を通過して前記再生ポートに至るように形成されていることを特徴とする油圧ポンプモータ。 - 前記吐出油路は、前記ポートブロックの外表面において前記回転軸心の周囲に位置する第1の側面に吐出ポートが開口し、
前記吸込油路は、前記ポートブロックの外表面において前記回転軸心の周囲に位置し、かつ前記第1の側面に隣接する第2の側面に吸込ポートが開口したものであり、
前記第2の領域は、前記吐出油路と前記吸込油路とによって囲まれる部分に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧ポンプモータ。 - 前記第1の領域及び前記第2の領域の少なくとも一方の領域には、直線状に延在する複数の油路用孔を相互に接続することによって構成した一連の折り返し油路部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧ポンプモータ。
- 前記第1の領域及び前記第2の領域の少なくとも一方の領域には、前記再生油路に連通する蓄圧用孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧ポンプモータ。
