Description
本発明の一実施形態による合金コーティング鋼板の製造方法は、AlおよびSiを含むメッキ層が形成されたメッキ鋼板を用意する用意段階と、メッキ層上にMgが含まれているMgコーティング層を形成させる第1コーティング段階と、Mgコーティング層上にZnが含まれているZnコーティング層を形成させる第2コーティング段階と、Mgコーティング層およびZnコーティング層が形成されたメッキ鋼板を熱処理してMgおよびZnをメッキ層に拡散させる熱処理段階とを含む。
本発明の一実施形態による合金コーティング鋼板は、図2を参照するとき、鋼板および鋼板上に位置するAl-Mg-Si-Zn合金層を含み、Al-Mg-Si-Zn合金層は、Mg-Zn合金相を含み、Mg-Zn合金相は、MgZn2およびMg2Zn11を含み、MgZn、Mg21Zn25、Mg51Zn20およびMg2Zn3のうちの1種以上をさらに含む。
(1)合金コーティング鋼板の製造
[実施例1]AlおよびSiを含むメッキ層が形成された溶融アルミニウムメッキ鋼板上に、物理気相蒸着(PVD)を用いてMgコーティング層およびZnコーティング層を形成させた後、熱処理温度400℃を基準として300秒間熱処理を施した。Znは熱処理後、生成されたAl-Mg-Si-Zn合金層を基準として1.2重量%であった。
図3は、Zn含有量に応じたコーティング層の組成をグロー放電分光器で分析した結果である。図3(a)はZn含有量が1.2重量%、図3(b)はZn含有量が2.6重量%、図3(c)はZn含有量が7.9重量%であるコーティング鋼板のグロー放電分光分析の結果である。図3に示されているように、熱処理時間400℃で300秒間実施すれば、MgおよびZnの拡散が起きてアルミニウムメッキ層に拡散する。MgおよびZnの拡散深さは約3μmであった。
図5は、Znが含有されないAl-Mg-Si(比較例1)コーティング鋼板と、Znが1.2重量%含有されたAl-Mg-Si-Znコーティング鋼板(実施例1)の塩水噴霧試験の結果を示す。塩水噴霧試験はASTM B-117により実施した。

前記Al-Mg-Si-Zn合金層は、全体100重量%に対して、Al:40~80重量%、Mg:15~30重量%、Si:1~10重量%、Zn:1~20重量%であり、
前記Mg-Zn合金相は、
MgZn2およびMg2Zn11を含み、
