- ポリフェニレンエーテルビスマレイミド樹脂と、
イソシアヌル酸トリアリルと、
ビスマレイミド樹脂と、
を備え、
前記ポリフェニレンエーテルビスマレイミド樹脂は、
m及びnは、9以上16未満の整数であり、
前記ポリフェニレンエーテルビスマレイミド樹脂の量平均分子量は、2800~4500g/molであり、
前記ビスマレイミド樹脂が前記ポリフェニレンエーテルビスマレイミド樹脂ではなく、
前記ポリフェニレンエーテルビスマレイミド樹脂、前記イソシアヌル酸トリアリル、及び前記ビスマレイミド樹脂の合計重量100重量部に基づいて、前記ビスマレイミド樹脂の含有量は、20~40重量部である、
樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリフェニレンエーテルビスマレイミド樹脂、前記イソシアヌル酸トリアリル、及び前記ビスマレイミド樹脂の合計重量100重量部に基づいて、前記イソシアヌル酸トリアリルの含有量が10重量部である及び/又は前記ポリフェニレンエーテルビスマレイミド樹脂の含有量が50~70重量部である、
請求項1の樹脂組成物。 - 前記樹脂組成物の硬化物の誘電率(3GHz)は、3.5~4.1であり、
前記樹脂組成物の硬化物の誘電正接(3GHz)は、0.0030~0.0050である、請求項1の樹脂組成物。
