Description
前記圧縮流体を供給する供給路と、前記圧縮流体を吐出する吐出口が形成された吐出路とに連通するとともに、弁座が設けられた弁室が形成され、
前記弁座に対して着座又は離間することで、前記供給路と前記吐出路とを連通遮断又は連通するとともに、パイロット通路が形成されたダイヤフラム弁と、
前記供給路から前記パイロット通路を介して前記圧縮流体が導入されるパイロット室を開放又は閉止するパイロット室開閉弁と、
を有し、
前記パイロット室開閉弁は、通電に伴って開状態となり且つ通電停止に伴って閉状態となる電磁弁からなり、
前記パイロット室開閉弁が開状態となって前記パイロット室が開放されるとともに、前記ダイヤフラム弁が前記弁座から離間して前記供給路と前記吐出路が連通する圧縮流体吐出制御装置が提供される。
Claims (6)
- 圧縮流体を吐出制御する圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)であって、
前記圧縮流体を供給する供給路(24、66)と、前記圧縮流体を吐出する吐出口が形成された吐出路(70)とに連通するとともに、第1弁座(72)が設けられた第1弁室(68)が形成され、
前記第1弁座(72)に対して着座又は離間することで、前記供給路(24、66)と前記吐出路(70)とを連通遮断又は連通するとともに、パイロット通路(78、80)が形成されたダイヤフラム弁(16)と、
前記供給路(24、66)から前記パイロット通路(78、80)を介して前記圧縮流体が導入されるパイロット室(82)を開放又は閉止するパイロット室開閉弁と、
を有し、
前記パイロット室開閉弁は、通電に伴って開状態となり且つ通電停止に伴って閉状態となる電磁弁(20)からなり、
前記電磁弁(20)は、第2弁室と、前記第2弁室に設けられた第2弁座(96)と、前記第2弁座(96)に対して着座又は離間する弁体(120)とを有し、
前記弁体(120)が前記第2弁座(96)から離間することで前記パイロット室開閉弁が開状態となって前記パイロット室(82)が開放されるとともに、前記ダイヤフラム弁(16)が前記第1弁座(72)から離間して前記供給路(24、66)と前記吐出路(70)が連通し、
前記供給路(24、66)と前記第1弁室(68)との間に、前記圧縮流体を貯留する貯留室(12)が介在し、
前記貯留室(12)は第1ハウジング(14)に形成され、且つ前記第1弁座(72)及び前記第1弁室(68)は第2ハウジング(18)に設けられ、
前記ダイヤフラム弁(16)が閉じているとき、前記供給路(24)から供給された前記圧縮流体を前記貯留室(12)に貯留し、前記ダイヤフラム弁(16)が開いた直後、前記貯留室(12)に貯留された前記圧縮流体を、前記吐出路(70)を介して最大の吐出圧で吐出し、その後、前記ダイヤフラム弁(16)の開状態を維持するとともに前記貯留室(12)を流通した前記圧縮流体を、前記吐出路(70)を介して前記吐出圧よりも低圧の吐出圧で吐出する、圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載の圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)において、前記貯留室(12)が、容量を変更することが可能な容量可変式の内室である圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)。
- 請求項1又は2記載の圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)において、前記供給路(24)から前記貯留室(12)に導入される前記圧縮流体の流量を調整する流量調整弁(30)を有する圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)において、前記パイロット室開閉弁が、前記パイロット室(82)と前記吐出路(70)とを連通又は連通遮断する圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)において、前記ダイヤフラム弁(16)を構成する弁本体(74)に対して変位自在な当接部材(208)を有し、前記当接部材(208)が前記弁本体(74)に当接することで、前記弁本体(74)の変位を規制する変位量規制手段(202)が設けられている圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)において、前記パイロット室開閉弁の前記第2弁室が、配管(160、162)を介して前記パイロット室(82)及び前記吐出路(70)に連通する圧縮流体吐出制御装置(10)。
