Description
以下、第1実施形態について、図1及び図2を参照して詳細に説明する。図1及び図2の説明においては、同一又は相当する要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する場合がある。また、図1及び図2には、X軸、Y軸、及び、Z軸によって規定される直交座標系を図示する。Z軸方向は、一例として鉛直方向であり、X軸方向及びY軸方向は、一例として水平方向である。
以下、図3~図6を参照しながら、第2実施形態に係る蓄電装置及び蓄電装置の製造方法について詳細に説明する。図3~図6の説明においては、同一又は相当する要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する場合がある。
以上の実施形態は、本開示の一態様を説明したものである。したがって、本開示は、上記実施形態に限定されることなく変形され得る。
Claims (14)
- 集電体、前記集電体の一方の主面に設けられた正極層、及び前記集電体の他方の主面に設けられた負極層を含むと共に第1方向に積層された複数のバイポーラ電極を有する電極積層体と、前記電極積層体の前記第1方向に沿った側面を封止する封止部材と、を有する蓄電モジュールを少なくとも1つ含むモジュール構造体と、
前記モジュール構造体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースに収容された第1中間部材と、
を備え、
前記ケースは、前記第1方向において開口する開口部が設けられた有底箱型の本体部と、シール部材を介して前記本体部に気密に固定され前記開口部を塞ぐ蓋部と、を有し、
前記第1方向において前記開口部に対向する前記本体部の底壁部、及び前記蓋部は、前記第1方向における前記モジュール構造体の両端に配置され前記モジュール構造体に拘束荷重を付加するための一対の拘束部材であり、
前記ケースの内部が前記ケースの外部に対して減圧されており、前記ケースの内部と前記ケースの外部との圧力差によって、前記拘束部材を介して前記モジュール構造体に対して前記拘束荷重が付加され、
前記モジュール構造体は、当該モジュール構造体の前記第1方向の一端を構成すると共に前記電極積層体に電気的に接続された集電板をさらに含み、
前記モジュール構造体は、前記第1方向に積層された複数の前記蓄電モジュールと、前記第1方向において隣り合う前記蓄電モジュールの間に配置された熱交換器とをさらに含み、
前記第1中間部材は、前記拘束部材と前記集電板との間に介在されており、前記拘束部材からの前記拘束荷重を前記モジュール構造体に伝達し、
前記第1中間部材は、前記拘束荷重に応じて変形可能な第1パッケージと、前記第1パッケージに封入された流体と、を含む、
蓄電装置。 - 前記第1中間部材の外縁は、前記第1方向から見て前記集電板の外縁よりも外側に位置している、

請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1中間部材と前記モジュール構造体との間に配置され、前記第1中間部材と前記モジュール構造体とを接着する第1接着層、及び前記第1中間部材と前記拘束部材との間に配置され、前記第1中間部材と前記拘束部材とを接着する第2接着層の少なくとも一方をさらに備える、

前記蓋部は、前記車両のパネル部材によって構成されている、

前記第2中間部材は、内容物の充填に応じて膨張可能な第2パッケージと、前記第2パッケージ内に充填された衝撃吸収材とによって構成されている、
請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記モジュール構造体は、前記第1方向に積層された複数の前記蓄電モジュールと、前記第1方向に隣り合う前記蓄電モジュール間に配置された熱交換器と、を含み、
前記第2中間部材は、少なくとも前記蓄電モジュール及び前記熱交換器と前記本体部の前記内面との間に介在している、
