Claims (5)
- 蓄電装置が収容された筐体を車両の下部に取り付けた蓄電装置の取付構造であって、
前記筐体は、一面が開口する有底箱型の本体部と、前記本体部の前記一面を塞ぐ蓋部とを備え、
前記蓋部は、前記車両における左右一対のリブ部材間にわたって延在する前記車両のパネル部材によって構成され、
前記本体部は、前記パネル部材及び前記一対のリブ部材の下方において前記一対のリブ部材から垂下した状態で前記一対のリブ部材に対して固定されており、
前記蓄電装置は、前記筐体内において前記車両の高さ方向に積層された複数の蓄電モジュールを含み、
前記蓄電モジュールの積層体には、前記パネル部材と前記筐体における前記本体部の底面部とによって拘束荷重が付与されており、
前記本体部は、前記パネル部材と前記車両における別のパネル部材との間に配置されている蓄電装置の取付構造。 - 前記車両の幅方向においては前記蓄電モジュールの積層体が一つ配置され、且つ前記蓄電モジュールの積層体は前記車両の幅方向の中心線と重なるように前記筐体内に配置されている請求項1記載の蓄電装置の取付構造。
- 前記蓄電モジュールの積層体と前記筐体の内面との間には、内容物の充填に応じて膨張可能なパッケージと、前記パッケージ内に充填された衝撃吸収材とによって構成されたダンパ部材が配置されている請求項1又は2記載の蓄電装置の取付構造。
- 蓄電装置が収容された筐体を車両の下部に取り付けた蓄電装置の取付構造であって、
前記筐体は、一面が開口する有底箱型の本体部と、前記本体部の前記一面を塞ぐ蓋部とを備え、
前記蓋部は、前記車両における左右一対のリブ部材間にわたって延在する前記車両のパネル部材によって構成され、
前記本体部は、前記パネル部材及び前記一対のリブ部材の下方において前記一対のリブ部材から垂下した状態で前記一対のリブ部材に対して固定されており、
前記筐体内は、大気圧に対して減圧されている蓄電装置の取付構造。 - 蓄電装置が収容された筐体を車両の下部に取り付けた蓄電装置の取付構造であって、
前記筐体は、一面が開口する有底箱型の本体部と、前記本体部の前記一面を塞ぐ蓋部とを備え、
前記蓋部は、前記車両における左右一対のリブ部材間にわたって延在する前記車両のパネル部材によって構成され、
前記本体部は、前記パネル部材及び前記一対のリブ部材の下方において前記一対のリブ部材から垂下した状態で前記一対のリブ部材に対して固定されており、
前記筐体における前記本体部は、面内方向にバネ性を有するシート状部材を介して前記リブ部材に対して固定されている蓄電装置の取付構造。
