Claims (7)
- 다수의 판상형 전지셀들을 충적한 구조의 전지모듈로서,전지셀들 상호간에는 외부 충격에 대해 미끄럼을 방지하고 상기 충격을 흡수할 수 있는 접착부재로서 벨크로 테이프가 부착되어 있으며,상기 벨크로 테이프는 후크(hook) 형태의 수 벨크로 테이프와 루프(loop) 형태의 암 벨크로 테이프로 이루어져 있고, 대면하는 전지셀들의 외면에 각각 부착된 수 벨크로 테이프와 암 벨크로 테이프가 서로 결합되어 전지셀들의 충적 구조를 유지하며,상기 수 벨크로 테이프와 암 벨크로 테이프가 결합된 엉긴 구조 사이로 전지셀들의 냉각을 위한 냉매가 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 판상형 전지셀은 금속층과 수지층의 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 파우치형 전지셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 리튬이온 폴리머 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벨크로 테이프는 하나의 단위로서 전지셀의 전면 또는 일면이나, 둘 또는 그 이상의 단위로서 전지셀의 전면 또는 일면에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벨크로 테이프의 적어도 일부는 열도전성 소재로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈은 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 동력원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
