Description
入力軸であるスクリュー形状のカムと、ローラフォロアを外周に備え入力軸と直交配置した出力軸(タレット)と、該出力軸をハウジングに回転可能に固定する軸受とを備え、前記入力軸の回転が前記カムフォロアを介して前記出力軸の回転に変換されるカム装置において、
前記軸受は、前記出力軸のラジアル方向の荷重を受ける1列のラジアル軸受部と、前記出力軸のアキシャル方向の対向する荷重をそれぞれ受ける2列のアキシャル軸受部とを含み、
前記1列のラジアル軸受部と前記2列のアキシャル軸受部はそれぞれ複数の転動体と保持器から構成され、
前記ラジアル軸受部の前記転動体の列が前記出力軸の外周面に回転可能に接触し、この接触面が前記ラジアル軸受部の出力軸側軌道面となり、前記2列のアキシャル軸受部の内の1列の前記アキシャル軸受部の前記転動体の列が前記出力軸の外周面に回転可能に接触し、他の1列の前記アキシャル軸受部の前記転動体の列は、前記出力軸の外周面、または前記出力軸に固定された第1のリング状部品の表面に回転可能に接触し、これら2列の接触面が前記アキシャル軸受部の出力軸側軌道面を形成し、
前記ラジアル軸受部と前記2列のアキシャル軸受部の内の1列のアキシャル軸の前記転動体の列が、前記出力軸の周囲に配置されて前記ハウジングに固定された第2のリング状部品の表面、または直接前記ハウジングの内面に回転可能に接触し、これらの接触面がそれぞれ前記ラジアル軸受部の外側軌道面、及び前記アキシャル軸受部の外側軌道面を形成し、他の1列の前記アキシャル軸受部の前記転動体の列は、前記第2のリング状部品の表面に回転可能に接触し、前記アキシャル軸受部の別の外側軌道面を形成し、

Claims (2)
- 入力軸であるスクリュー形状のカムと、ローラフォロアを外周に備え入力軸と直交配置した出力軸と、該出力軸をハウジングに回転可能に固定する軸受とを備え、前記入力軸の回転が前記ローラフォロアを介して前記出力軸の回転に変換されるカム装置において、
前記軸受は、前記出力軸のラジアル方向の圧力を受ける1列のラジアル軸受部と、前記出力軸のアキシャル方向の対向する圧力をそれぞれ受ける2列のアキシャル軸受部とを含み、
前記1列のラジアル軸受部と前記2列のアキシャル軸受部はそれぞれ複数の転動体と保持器から構成され、
前記ラジアル軸受部の前記転動体の列が前記出力軸の外周面に回転可能に接触し、この接触面が前記ラジアル軸受部の出力軸側軌道面となり、前記2列のアキシャル軸受部の内の1列の前記アキシャル軸受部の前記転動体の列が前記出力軸の外周面に回転可能に接触し、他の1列の前記アキシャル軸受部の前記転動体の列は、前記出力軸と同じ内径を有し、前記出力軸に固定されて前記出力軸の一部を構成する第1のリング状部品の表面に回転可能に接触し、これら2列の接触面が前記アキシャル軸受部の出力軸側軌道面を形成し、
前記ラジアル軸受部と前記2列のアキシャル軸受部の内の1列のアキシャル軸の前記転動体の列が、前記出力軸の周囲に配置されて前記ハウジングに固定された第2のリング状部品の表面、または直接前記ハウジングの内面に回転可能に接触し、これらの接触面がそれぞれ前記ラジアル軸受部の外側軌道面、及び前記アキシャル軸受部の外側軌道面を形成し、他の1列の前記アキシャル軸受部の前記転動体の列は、前記第2のリング状部品の表面に回転可能に接触し、前記アキシャル軸受部の別の外側軌道面を形成し、
前記外側軌道面により前記軸受が前記ハウジングに回転可能に支持されている
ことを特徴とするカム装置。 - 前記ラジアル軸受部の前記出力軸側軌道面と前記外側軌道面がそれぞれ前記アキシャル方向に平行であり、
