Claims (14)
- 折畳み構成へと径方向で折畳み可能であり拡張構成へと径方向で拡張可能である、埋込み可能な人工弁であって、
流入端部と、流出端部と、長手方向軸線とを有する環状フレームと、
前記環状フレーム内に位置決めされるとともに前記環状フレームに固定される弁尖構造と、
前記環状フレームに固定される封止要素とを備え、前記封止要素が、
前記環状フレームの周囲で円周方向に延在し、複数の交織フィラメントを備えた、第1の織成部分と、
前記環状フレームの周囲で円周方向に延在し、前記環状フレームの前記長手方向軸線に沿って下流方向に前記第1の織成部分から離隔された第2の織成部分とを備え、
前記交織フィラメントの少なくとも一部分が、前記第1の織成部分の織りを出て、前記環状フレームから径方向外側に延在するループを形成し、前記環状フレームの前記長手方向軸線に沿って前記第2の織成部分まで前記下流方向に延在していることを特徴とする、埋込み可能な人工弁。 - 前記封止要素が、前記第1の織成部分と前記第2の織成部分との間で延在する第1のループ列を備え、
前記封止要素が、前記下流方向に前記第1のループ列から離隔された第2のループ列を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工弁。 - 前記第1の織成部分の前記複数の交織フィラメントが、複数の第2のフィラメントと交織された少なくとも1つの第1のフィラメントを更に備え、
少なくとも1つの前記第1のフィラメントの一部分が前記第1の織成部分の前記ループを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の人工弁。 - 前記第2のフィラメントが縦糸であり、少なくとも1つの前記第1のフィラメントが横糸であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の人工弁。
- 前記縦糸および前記横糸の少なくとも一方が加工糸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の人工弁。
- 前記縦糸および前記横糸が、前記封止要素の周りの血栓形成を促進する、1μmから20μmの直径を有する繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の人工弁。
- 前記ループを形成する前記交織フィラメントが、前記ループが前記第1および第2の織成部分の間に浮き糸部分を形成するようにして、前記第1の織成部分の織りを出て前記第2の織成部分の織りに組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記浮き糸部分が、第1のループ層と前記第1のループ層から径方向外側の第2のループ層とを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の人工弁。
- 前記封止要素が、第1の布地片と、第2の布地片と、第3の布地片とを備え、
前記ループを形成する複数の前記交織フィラメントが、前記第1の布地片と前記第2の布地片との間に延在し、
前記ループを形成する複数の前記交織フィラメントが、前記第2の布地片と前記第3の布地片との間に延在し、
前記封止要素が、前記第1の布地片および前記第3の布地片が互いに隣接して前記第1の織成部分を形成するように、前記第2の布地片の周りで折り畳まれ、前記交織フィラメントが前記第1の布地片と前記第2の布地片との間に延在して前記第1のループ層を形成し、前記交織フィラメントが前記第2の布地片と前記第3の布地片との間に延在して前記第2のループ層を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の人工弁。 - 前記第1の織成部分の前記織りを出る前記交織フィラメントが、前記環状フレームが前記拡張構成のときは前記ループを形成し、前記環状フレームが前記折畳み構成のときは真っ直ぐに引っ張られるようにして、前記封止要素が前記環状フレームに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 人工心臓弁の封止要素を作成する方法であって、
第1の織成部分を形成するために、少なくとも1つの横糸を複数の縦糸とともに織成するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの横糸を前記第1の織成部分の織りから落とすステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの横糸を除去可能な縦糸の周りでループにするステップであって、前記除去可能な縦糸が前記第1の織成部分から離隔され、前記少なくとも1つの横糸が、前記少なくとも1つの横糸が前記第1の織成部分と前記除去可能な縦糸との間に配設される縦糸の上を延在するが、該縦糸とは交織されないようにして、前記除去可能な縦糸の周りでループにされる、ステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの横糸が前記第1の織成部分から延在して前記第1の織成部分に戻るループを形成するようにして、前記少なくとも1つの横糸を前記第1の織成部分の前記織りに再び組み込むステップと、
前記除去可能な縦糸を前記封止要素から除去して、前記少なくとも1つの横糸によって形成された前記ループを解除するステップと、を含んでなることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記除去可能な縦糸を除去する前に、前記織成するステップ、前記落とすステップ、前記ループにするステップ、および前記再び組み込むステップを繰り返して、前記封止要素の円周の周りに複数のループを形成するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ループが前記封止要素から外側に延在するようにして、前記複数のループを形状固定するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記除去可能な縦糸を除去する前に、前記少なくとも1つの横糸が前記除去可能な縦糸を越えて延在し、前記第1の織成部分から離隔された第2の織成部分を形成するようにして、前記少なくとも1つの横糸を縦糸とともに織成するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの横糸を前記第2の織成部分の織りから落とすステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの横糸を前記第2の織成部分から離隔された第2の除去可能な縦糸の周りでループにするステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの横糸が、前記少なくとも1つの横糸が前記第2の織成部分と前記第2の除去可能な縦糸との間に配設される縦糸の上を延在するが、該縦糸とは交織されないようにして、前記第2の除去可能な縦糸の周りでループにされる、ステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの横糸が前記第2の織成部分から延在して前記第2の織成部分に戻る第2のループを形成するようにして、前記少なくとも1つの横糸を前記第2の織成部分の前記織りに再び組み込むステップと、を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
