Claims (10)
- プラグコネクタ(2、24)であって、
ハウジング(4、26)と、
前記ハウジング(4、26)の内部ウェブにグリッド状に形成され、別のプラグコネクタ(2、24)の接点と接触接続するように設定されている接点を取り付けるための複数の収容部(6、28)と、
少なくとも1つのシールド板(8、10、30、32)と、
を備える、プラグコネクタ(2、24)において、
前記シールド板(8、10、30、32)が、ハウジング開口(14、36)を貫通する少なくとも1つの自由に突出するはんだ付け部(12、34)を有し、
前記はんだ付け部(12、34)の自由端部(16、38)が、前記収容部(6、28)から離れる方に向けて曲げられている、又は前記収容部(6、28)の方向に向けて曲げられていることを特徴とする、プラグコネクタ(2、24)。 - 前記シールド板(8、10、30、32)に2つ以上のさらなるはんだ付け部(12、34)が設けられ、
前記はんだ付け部が、割り当てられた1つのハウジング開口(14、36)をそれぞれ貫通し、前記3つ以上のさらなるはんだ付け部(12、34)のそれぞれの端部(16、38)が、前記収容部(6、28)から離れる方に向けて曲げられている、又は前記収容部(6、28)の方向に向けて曲げられ、
前記はんだ付け部(12、34)が、等間隔に配分して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記シールド板(8、10、30、32)が、単一の合金(銅・ニッケル・スズ合金)からなり、前記シールド板(8、10、30、32)は、コーティングされていないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記シールド板(8、10、30、32)が、少なくとも1つの係止フック(18)を有し、前記シールド板(8、10、30、32)は、前記係止フックによって前記ハウジング(4、26)に保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記係止フック(18)は、前記ハウジング(4)に形成された成形要素(20)に形状接続式に係合することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記ハウジング(4、26)が、前記プラグコネクタ(2、24)を前記別のプラグコネクタ(2、24)に形状接続式に案内し、かつ位置決めするように設定されている少なくとも1つのガイド要素(22、40)を有し、
前記ガイド要素(22、40)が、前記シールド板(8、10、30、32)に対して離隔されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記ガイド要素(40)が、突出部(40)若しくはピンであり、前記突出部(40)若しくはピンは、前記別のプラグコネクタの相補的に成形されたガイド要素(22)に形状接続式に係合するように設定されている、
又は、
前記ガイド要素(22)が、溝(22)若しくは切欠きであり、前記溝若しくは切欠きは、前記別のプラグコネクタの相補的に成形されたガイド要素(40)を形状接続式に収容するように設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記ガイド要素(22、40)が、前記ハウジング(4、26)の外壁(21)の一体構成要素であり、前記外壁(21)は、前記収容部(6、28)を外周側で囲む、
かつ/又は
少なくとも2つの若しくは正確に2つのガイド要素(22、40)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 第1ガイド要素(22、40)が、前記ハウジング(4、26)の第1壁部(23)に形成され、
第2ガイド要素(22、40)が、前記ハウジング(4、26)の第2壁部(25)に形成され、
前記第1壁部(23)と前記第2壁部(25)とが、互いに対向して離隔され、かつ互いに向かい合うハウジング側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記ガイド要素(22、40)が、前記プラグコネクタ(2、24)への前記別のプラグコネクタ(2、24)の差込み方向(R)に沿って測定される高さ(H1)を有し、前記高さは、前記ハウジング(4、26)の全高さ(H)の1/2を超えること、
及び/又は
前記ガイド要素(22、40)が、前記プラグコネクタ(2、24)への前記別のプラグコネクタ(2、24)の差込み方向(R)に対して垂直方向に測定される幅(B1)を有し、前記幅は、前記ハウジング(4、26)の全幅(B)の1/4を超えることを特徴とする、請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
