Claims (6)
- ポリエステルを含むリサイクル材料を形成するために、リサイクルフィルムにフィルム表面処理を行うことと、
第1の固有粘度を有するリサイクルチップ材料を形成するために、前記リサイクル材料を分割することと、
前記リサイクルチップ材料により、前記第1の固有粘度より大きい第2の固有粘度を有するポリエステル材料を形成することと、を備え、
前記リサイクルチップ材料により前記ポリエステル材料を形成することは、
押出装置内に前記リサイクルチップ材料を配置することと、
前記押出装置内に配置された前記リサイクルチップ材料を加熱し、前記押出装置により前記ポリエステル材料を形成することと、
前記押出装置内に配置された前記リサイクルチップ材料に減圧を行うことと、を含み、
前記減圧は、1mbar~6mbarで行われ、前記減圧の時間は、15~60分である方法。 - 前記リサイクルフィルムに前記フィルム表面処理を行うことは、前記リサイクルフィルムの表面材料を物理的に除去することを含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記第1の固有粘度は、0.6dL/g以下であり、前記第2の固有粘度は、0.63dL/g以上である、請求項1の方法。
を含む請求項1の方法。 - 前記加熱は、230℃~300℃で行われる、請求項1の方法。
- 前記加熱の時間は、15~60分である、請求項1の方法。
- 連続して行われる、請求項1の方法。
