Abstract

本发明提供一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,属于塑料回收技术领域,包括以下步骤:将废旧塑料分类、水洗、干燥、粉碎后和重质碳酸钙、有机溶剂放入塑料造粒机内,有机溶剂和废旧塑料进行催化反应,废旧塑料缓慢软化,再将软化后的废旧塑料输入螺杆式电热熔化机进行加温,加快废旧塑料的软化速度,再将物料用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,挤出造粒。本发明采用有机溶剂先将废旧塑料进行催化反应,再进行物理加热塑化反应,减少了废旧塑料软化的时间,同时,有机溶剂保护了塑料内部的分子结构不被改变,并且采用挤出成型,无需进行预处理,能显著地减少成型工艺的时间,降低生产成本。

一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料回收技术领域,尤其涉及一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着高分子合成技术的不断进步,塑料工业得到了飞速的发展,越来越多的塑料制品成为了人们生活不可或缺的物质,但同时也给我们带来了由大量废旧塑料形成的白色污染垃圾,并产生了大量的资源浪费与治污费用。为了解决这一难题,我们对废旧塑料进行回收再利用。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将收集的废旧塑料进行人工分选分类,分选方法可为目视法、比重法、强度法;
(2)将分类好的废旧塑料进行水洗,然后干燥,控制物料的含水率为1%-4%;
(3)将步骤(2)中准备好的废旧塑料投入塑料粉碎机中进行粉碎;
(4)将粉碎后的废旧塑料和重质碳酸钙、有机溶剂放入塑料造粒机内,所述有机溶剂和废旧塑料进行催化反应,缓慢软化回收废旧塑料;
(5)将软化的废旧塑料输入到螺杆式电热熔化机进行加温,加快废旧塑料的软化速度;
(6)将步骤(5)中准备好的物料用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,挤出造粒,加工温度为150-230℃,转速为160-200转/分钟。
所述废旧塑料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物。
所述步骤(2)中干燥温度为80-100℃,干燥时间为1-3h。
所述重质碳酸钙的大小为600目至1200目。
所述有机溶剂为三氯化锑。
所述催化反应的时间为15-35min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用有机溶剂先将废旧塑料进行催化反应,再进行物理加热塑化反应,减少了废旧塑料软化的时间,同时,有机溶剂保护了塑料内部的分子结构不被改变,并且采用挤出成型,无需进行预处理,能显著地减少成型工艺的时间,降低生产成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将收集的废旧塑料进行人工分选分类,分选方法可为目视法、比重法、强度法;
(2)将分类好的废旧塑料进行水洗,然后干燥,控制物料的含水率为1%-4%;
(3)将步骤(2)中准备好的废旧塑料投入塑料粉碎机中进行粉碎;
(4)将粉碎后的废旧塑料和重质碳酸钙、有机溶剂放入塑料造粒机内,所述有机溶剂和废旧塑料进行催化反应,缓慢软化回收废旧塑料;
(5)将软化的废旧塑料输入到螺杆式电热熔化机进行加温,加快废旧塑料的软化速度;
(6)将步骤(5)中准备好的物料用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,挤出造粒,加工温度为150-230℃,转速为160-200转/分钟。
所述废旧塑料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物。

本发明将废旧塑料进行分类、水洗、干燥、破碎后投入塑料造粒机内先用有机溶剂对其进行催化反应,再用物理加热进行塑化反应,减少了废旧塑料软化的时间,同时有机溶剂保护了塑料内部的分子结构不被改变,保证了回收的废旧塑料的品质,方便再次回收利用,并且采用挤出成型,无需进行预处理,能显著地减少成型工艺的时间,降低生产成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将收集的废旧塑料进行人工分选分类,分选方法可为目视法、比重法、强度法;
(2)将分类好的废旧塑料进行水洗,然后干燥,控制物料的含水率为1%-4%;
(3)将步骤(2)中准备好的废旧塑料投入塑料粉碎机中进行粉碎;
(4)将粉碎后的废旧塑料和重质碳酸钙、有机溶剂放入塑料造粒机内,所述有机溶剂和废旧塑料进行催化反应,缓慢软化回收废旧塑料;
(5)将软化的废旧塑料输入到螺杆式电热熔化机进行加温,加快废旧塑料的软化速度;
(6)将步骤(5)中准备好的物料用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,挤出造粒,加工温度为150-230℃,转速为160-200转/分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述废旧塑料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中干燥温度为80-100℃,干燥时间为1-3h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述重质碳酸钙的大小为600目至1200目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生塑料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为三氯化锑。
