Description

Claims (15)
- 注入システムであって、
流体制御部材(11)と、
往復動部材(13)と
を含み、
前記流体制御部材(11)は、圧縮力(15)の適用に応じて前記往復動部材(13)との炭素複合体-金属シールを形成するように構成され、
前記炭素複合体は、少なくとも2つの炭素微細構造、前記少なくとも2つの炭素微細構造の間に配置される結合相、及び補強要素を含み、前記炭素微細構造は10~500のアスペクト比及び1~200μmの厚さを有し、前記結合相は結合剤を含み、前記結合剤は以下のSiO2、Si、B、B2O3、結合剤金属、または前記結合剤金属の合金の1つ以上を含む結合剤を含み、前記補強要素は金属、炭化物、セラミックス、またはガラスの1つ以上を含み、
前記結合剤金属は、以下のアルミニウム、銅、チタン、ニッケル、タングステン、クロム、鉄、マンガン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、モリブデン、錫、ビスマス、アンチモン、鉛、カドミウム、またはセレンの1つ以上を含み、
前記補強要素は、前記炭素複合体の総重量に基づいて、0.01wt%~20wt%の量で存在し、内部よりも前記補強要素の濃度が高い前記炭素複合体の表面を有する勾配分布を有する、前記注入システム。 - 前記流体制御部材(11)が前記往復動部材(13)と係合解除しているときに、流体が前記往復動部材(13)を過ぎて流れることを可能にするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注入システム。
- 前記流体制御部材(11)が炭素複合体部(10)と金属部(12)とを含み、前記炭素複合体部(10)が前記往復動部材(13)と前記炭素複合体-金属シールを形成する、請求項1に記載の注入システム。
- 結合層が、前記炭素複合体部(10)と前記流体制御部材(11)の前記金属部(12)との間に存在する、請求項3に記載の注入システム。
- 前記流体制御部材(11)及び前記往復動部材(13)がさらに金属-金属シールを形成する、請求項1に記載の注入システム。
- 前記流体制御部材(11)は、炭素複合体部(10)と金属部(12)とを備え、
前記流体制御部材(11)の前記炭素複合体部(10)は、前記往復動部材(13)と炭素複合体-金属シールを形成し、
前記流体制御部材(11)の前記金属部(12)は、前記往復動部材(13)と金属-金属シールを形成する、
請求項5に記載の注入システム。 - 前記流体制御部材(11)が金属部分であり、
前記往復動部材(13)が、炭素複合体部(10)と金属部(12)とを備え、
前記往復動部材(13)の前記炭素複合体部(10)及び前記金属部(12)が前記流体制御部材(11)とシールを形成する、
請求項5に記載の注入システム。 - 前記流体制御部材(11)に隣接して配置される付勢部材(14)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の注入システム。
- 前記結合相は、結合剤層と、前記少なくとも2つの炭素微細構造の1つを前記結合剤層に結合する界面層とを含み、前記界面層は、以下のC-金属結合、C-B結合、C-Si結合、C-O-Si結合、C-O-金属結合、または金属炭素溶液の1つ以上を含み、
前記炭素複合体に含まれる炭素は黒鉛を含む、
請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の注入システム。 - 前記炭素複合体は、粉末、繊維、メッシュ、フィラメント、無頭釘、またはマットの形態の補強要素をさらに含み、前記補強要素は、以下の金属、炭化物、セラミックス、またはガラスの1つ以上を含む、請求項9に記載の注入システム。
- 化学組成物を注入する方法であって
往復動部材(13、35、43、53)から流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)を係合解除するのに十分な圧力で前記化学組成物を注入して、前記化学組成物が前記往復動部材(13、35、43、53)を過ぎて流れるようにすること、
前記化学組成物の前記圧力を低減または排除すること、
前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)を前記往復動部材(13、35、43、53)に係合させて炭素複合体-金属シールを形成すること、
前記炭素複合体は、少なくとも2つの炭素微細構造、前記少なくとも2つの炭素微細構造の間に配置される結合相、及び補強要素を含み、前記炭素微細構造は10~500のアスペクト比及び1~200μmの厚さを有し、前記結合相は結合剤を含み、前記結合剤は以下のSiO2、Si、B、B2O3、結合剤金属、または前記結合剤金属の合金の1つ以上を含む結合剤とを含み、前記補強要素は金属、炭化物、セラミックス、またはガラスの1つ以上を含むこと、及び
前記結合剤金属が、以下のアルミニウム、銅、チタン、ニッケル、タングステン、クロム、鉄、マンガン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、モリブデン、錫、ビスマス、アンチモン、鉛、カドミウム、またはセレンの1つ以上を含むこと、及び
前記補強要素は、前記炭素複合体の総重量に基づいて、0.01wt%~20wt%の量で存在し、内部よりも前記補強要素の濃度が高い前記炭素複合体の表面を有する勾配分布を有すること
により特徴付けられる、前記方法。 - 前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)を前記往復動部材(13、35、43、53)に係合させることは、前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)に隣接して配置された付勢部材(14)を介して、前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)に力を加えることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)は、炭素複合体部(10、30、40、50)及び金属部(12、33、42、52)を含み、前記炭素複合体部(10、30、40、50)は、前記往復動部材(13、35、43、53)との前記炭素複合体-金属シールを形成する、請求項11または請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)及び前記往復動部材(13、35、43、53)がさらに金属-金属シールを形成する、請求項11または請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)が金属部分であり、
前記往復動部材(13、35、43、53)が炭素複合体部(10、30、40、50)と金属部(12、33、42、52)とを含み、
前記往復動部材(13、35、43、53)の前記炭素複合体部(10、30、40、50)及び前記金属部(12、33、42、52)は、前記流体制御部材(11、32、41、51)とシールを形成する、
請求項11または請求項12に記載の方法。
