図1は、管理システム100のシステム構成の一例を概略的に示す。図1に示される実施形態において、運輸事業者102は、1つ又は複数(1以上と省略される場合がある。)の車両110と、1以上の水素ステーション120と、設備管理サーバ130とを利用して、運輸事業を営む。本実施形態において、車両110及び水素ステーション120のそれぞれは、設備管理サーバ130との間で互いに情報を送受してよい。
図1に示されるとおり、本実施形態において、車両110は、車両制御部112と、1以上の電源部114と、1以上のセンス部116とを備える。本実施形態において、水素ステーション120は、1以上の水素発生装置122と、1以上の水素貯蔵装置124とを備える。本実施形態において、電池管理サーバ140は、計画部142と、契約管理部144とを備える。本実施形態において、設備管理サーバ130及び電池管理サーバ140は、通信ネットワーク10を介して、互いに情報を送受してよい。
管理システム100の各部は、ハードウエアにより実現されてもよく、ソフトウエアにより実現されてもよく、ハードウエア及びソフトウエアにより実現されてもよい。管理システム100の各部は、その少なくとも一部が、単一のサーバによって実現されてもよく、複数のサーバによって実現されてもよい。管理システム100の各部は、その少なくとも一部が、仮想マシン上又はクラウドシステム上で実現されてもよい。管理システム100の各部は、その少なくとも一部が、パーソナルコンピュータ又は携帯端末によって実現されてもよい。携帯端末としては、携帯電話、スマートフォン、PDA、タブレット、ノートブック・コンピュータ又はラップトップ・コンピュータ、ウエアラブル・コンピュータなどが例示される。管理システム100の各部は、ブロックチェーンなどの分散型台帳技術又は分散型ネットワークを利用して、情報を格納してもよい。
本実施形態において、料金プラン計画部440は、車両110に搭載される燃料電池システム240の料金プランを決定する。料金プラン計画部440は、仕様情報により示される要求仕様に基づいて、上記の料金プランを決定してよい。

本実施形態において、料金プラン計画部440は、燃料電池システム240の利用料金とは別に、水素の使用料金に関する料金プランを決定してもよい。一実施形態において、料金プラン計画部440は、決定された燃料電池システム240の料金プランにより定められる料金の範囲内で使用可能な水素の上限値を決定してもよい。
Claims (14)
- 燃料電池に関する要求仕様の内容を示す要求仕様情報を取得する要求仕様取得部と、
前記要求仕様情報により示される前記要求仕様に基づいて、前記燃料電池の利用料金を決定するための料金プランを決定する料金プラン決定部と、
を備える情報処理システムであって、
前記料金プランは、前記燃料電池の供給又は利用に関する契約である利用契約に定められた期間における前記燃料電池の稼働の程度、又は、前記利用料金の算出に関する単位期間における前記燃料電池の稼働の程度と、前記燃料電池の前記利用料金との対応関係を示す情報を含み、
前記燃料電池が搭載される電気機器は、電力を利用して移動する移動体であり、
前記情報処理システムは、
前記移動体の移動経路に関する計画の内容を示す移動経路情報を取得する移動経路取得部と、
前記移動経路情報に示される前記計画の内容に基づいて、前記燃料電池の劣化特性を推定する劣化推定部と、
をさらに備え、
前記料金プラン決定部は、前記要求仕様情報により示される前記要求仕様と、前記劣化推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の劣化特性とに基づいて、前記料金プランを決定し、
前記移動経路情報は、(i)前記移動経路情報により示される前記移動経路を実際に移動した移動体に搭載された運転記録装置の出力データ、及び、(ii)前記移動経路情報により示される前記移動経路を実際に移動した移動体に搭載された位置推定装置の出力データの少なくとも一方を含む、
情報処理システム。 - 前記要求仕様情報は、(i)前記燃料電池の寸法、形状、質量、定格出力、定格電圧、定格電流、定格出力レート、最高使用可能温度、及び、最低使用可能温度、(ii)前記燃料電池の耐用年数、及び、使用態様、(iii)前記燃料電池が搭載される電気機器の用途、種類、定格消費電力、耐用年数、及び、使用態様からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの仕様に関する情報を含む、
請求項1に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記要求仕様情報は、
前記燃料電池の耐用年数に関して要求される条件を示す情報と、
前記電気機器の用途及び種類の少なくとも一方を示す情報と、
を含む、
請求項2に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記電気機器は、電力を利用して移動する移動体であり、
前記情報処理システムは、
前記移動体の移動経路に関する計画の内容を示す移動経路情報を取得する移動経路取得部と
前記移動経路情報に示される前記計画の内容に基づいて、前記燃料電池の劣化特性を推定する劣化推定部と、
をさらに備え、
前記料金プラン決定部は、前記要求仕様情報により示される前記要求仕様と、前記劣化推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の劣化の進行とに基づいて、前記料金プランを決定する、
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記移動経路情報に示される前記計画の内容に基づいて、前記移動経路の1以上の位置における前記燃料電池の出力を推定する出力推定部をさらに備え、
前記劣化推定部は、前記出力推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の出力に基づいて、前記燃料電池の劣化特性を推定する、
請求項4に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記出力推定部は、前記移動経路の1以上の位置における前記燃料電池の出力及び温度を推定し、
前記劣化推定部は、前記出力推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の出力及び温度に基づいて、前記燃料電池の劣化特性を推定する、
請求項5に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記要求仕様情報は、
(i)前記燃料電池の耐用年数に関して要求される条件を示す情報と、
(ii)前記移動体の用途を示す情報、前記移動体の種類を示す情報、並びに、前記移動体の積載量に関する統計量及び前記移動体の質量を示す情報の少なくとも1つと、
を含み、
前記出力推定部は、前記移動体の用途、前記移動体の種類、並びに、前記移動体の積載量に関する統計量及び前記移動体の質量の少なくとも1つと、前記移動経路情報に示される前記計画の内容とに基づいて、前記移動経路の1以上の位置における前記燃料電池の出力を推定し、
前記料金プラン決定部は、前記燃料電池の耐用年数が経過した時点における、前記燃料電池の劣化の進行具合に基づいて、前記料金プランを決定する、
請求項5又は請求項6に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記移動経路情報は、(i)前記移動経路情報により示される前記移動経路を実際に移動した移動体に搭載された運転記録装置の出力データ、及び、(ii)前記移動経路情報により示される前記移動経路を実際に移動した移動体に搭載された位置推定装置の出力データの少なくとも一方を含む、
請求項4から請求項7までの何れか一項に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記移動体に搭載された前記燃料電池の状態を示す状態情報を取得する状態取得部と、
前記状態情報に基づいて、前記燃料電池の劣化の進行具合を評価する劣化評価部と、
をさらに備える、
請求項4から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記劣化評価部により評価された前記燃料電池の劣化の進行具合が、前記劣化推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の劣化特性に基づく劣化の進行具合と比較して劣化が進行している場合に、前記料金プランを変更する第1変更部をさらに備える、
請求項9に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記劣化評価部により評価された前記燃料電池の劣化の進行具合が、前記劣化推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の劣化特性に基づく劣化の進行具合と比較して劣化が進行していない場合に、前記料金プランを変更する第2変更部をさらに備える、
請求項9又は請求項10に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記劣化評価部により評価された前記燃料電池の劣化の進行具合が、前記劣化推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の劣化特性に基づく劣化の進行具合と比較して劣化が進行している場合に、前記燃料電池の出力範囲を制限することを決定する制限部をさらに備える、
請求項9から請求項11までの何れか一項に記載の情報処理システム。 - 前記劣化評価部により評価された前記燃料電池の劣化の進行具合が、前記劣化推定部が推定した前記燃料電池の劣化特性に基づく劣化の進行具合と比較して劣化が進行していない場合に、前記燃料電池の出力範囲を拡大することを決定する拡大部をさらに備える、
請求項9から請求項12までの何れか一項に記載の情報処理システム。 - コンピュータを、請求項1から請求項13までの何れか一項に記載の情報処理システムとして機能させるためのプログラム。
