Description
a.少なくとも1種類の着色剤、少なくとも1種類の充填剤、および少なくとも1種類の結合剤を、キャリアー液体と混合するステップ、
b.湿性コンパウンドから芯を成形するステップ、
c.ステップb)で成形された芯を、微粉被覆剤に曝露されるチャンバーに案内するステップ、および
d.粉掛けされた芯を、乾燥装置内へと案内し、その中で乾燥させるステップ
を含む。
粉末芯のコンパウンドを製造した。そのために、シリカ、カオリン、マイカおよび/またはマイカ様構成要素、ならびにポリメチルメタクリレート、顔料、ならびにパールで構成される乾燥相を、ケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウム、アルギン、およびラウリン酸ソルビタンを含む結合剤相ならびに保存料とともに、水と混錬して、湿潤コンパウンドを形成した。この湿潤コンパウンドを押出装置内へ案内し、シリンダー内の圧力により、芯を装置から押し出した。
コア長さ:627mm
切断間隔:2秒で627mm、すなわち313.5mm/秒。
下の表1に挙げる成分で芯コンパウンドを製造した。
Claims (13)
- 芯コアと、安定化被覆剤で構成されるシースと、からなる安定粉末芯であって、前記芯コアは、少なくとも1種類の着色剤、少なくとも1種類の充填剤、および少なくとも1種類の結合剤を含み、前記被覆剤は、温度50~120℃で溶解することができるワックス、ワックス状物質、またはポリマーからなり、完成芯に対する前記被覆剤の比率は重量基準で10%未満であり、前記被覆剤の前記コアへの透過深度は0.05μm未満である、安定粉末芯を製造する方法であって、
a.少なくとも1種類の着色剤、少なくとも1種類の充填剤、および少なくとも1種類の結合剤を、キャリアー液体と混合し、
b.ステップa)で得られた湿性コンパウンドから芯コアを成形し、
c.ステップb)で成形された芯コアを、前記被覆剤に曝露されるチャンバーに案内し、ここで、前記被覆剤は微粉状であり、かつ
d.ステップc)で前記被覆剤を粉掛けされた芯を、乾燥装置内へと案内し、その中で乾燥させる、
方法。 - 前記着色剤が、粉末の形態で存在する少なくとも1種類の顔料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記被覆剤が、前記芯の重量に対し、重量基準で0.5~10%の比率で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記芯が、押出装置内で成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記芯が、コロナガンを用いて前記被覆剤を粉掛けされることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記粉掛けされた芯が、温度50~120℃で、8~24時間かけて乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記芯が、乾燥後、シュリンクスリーブで被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 芯コアと、安定化被覆剤で構成されるシースと、からなる安定粉末芯であって、前記芯コアは、少なくとも1種類の着色剤、少なくとも1種類の充填剤、および少なくとも1種類の結合剤を含み、前記被覆剤は、温度50~120℃で溶解することができるワックス、ワックス状物質、またはポリマーからなり、完成芯に対する前記被覆剤の比率は重量基準で10%未満であり、前記被覆剤の前記コアへの透過深度は0.05μm未満である、安定粉末芯。
- 前記シースが、0.05~0.2mmの範囲内の厚みを有し、かつ/または前記被覆剤の前記コアへの透過深度が、前記被覆剤の95%について、0.05μm以下である、請求項8記載の安定粉末芯。
- シュリンクスリーブで被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載の粉末芯。
- 片持ち芯であることを特徴とする、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の粉末芯。
- 化粧ペンシルの製造のための、請求項8から11のいずれか1項記載の粉末芯の使用。
- 前記芯が、片持ち芯として回転デバイスに挿入されるか、ペンシル芯としてブランクに挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の使用。
