Description
上記亜鉛めっき浴の温度は555℃超過~600℃未満であり、上記素地鋼板の引込温度は565℃超過~600℃未満であることを特徴とする、めっき密着性及び耐腐食性に優れた亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法を提供する。
めっき用試験片として、厚さ1.0mm、幅110mm、長さ200mmの冷延鋼板(0.0016%C-0.081%Mn-0.002%Si-0.0091%P-0.0043%S-0.036%Sol.Al)を素地鋼板として準備した後、下記表1の条件でめっきを行ってそれぞれの亜鉛めっき鋼板を製造した。この際、めっき後の冷却は、鋼板の前面及び背面に窒素を噴射して行い、第1冷却は250℃で終了し、第2冷却は常温まで行った。
Claims (6)
- 素地鋼板と、前記素地鋼板の少なくとも一面に形成された厚さ20~40μmの亜鉛めっき層と、を含み、
前記亜鉛めっき層は、重量%で、アルミニウム(Al):5.1~35.0%、マグネシウム(Mg):4.0~25.0%、残部亜鉛(Zn)及びその他の不可避不純物を含み、
前記素地鋼板と亜鉛めっき層との界面に、厚さ0.01~15μm、かつ、厚さの偏差0.01~3μmであるAl-Fe抑制層を含み、
前記亜鉛めっき層は、Feの含量が40~95%である第1領域と、Feの含量が0.01%以上~40%未満である第2領域と、を含み、
前記第2領域は、前記亜鉛めっき層の表層部に面積分率0.01~40%で形成されており、
前記亜鉛めっき層は表面粗さ(Ra)が3~4μmである、めっき密着性及び耐腐食性に優れた亜鉛めっき鋼板。 - 前記亜鉛めっき層は、重量%で、アルミニウム(Al):11~15%、マグネシウム(Mg):5.1~9.0%、残部亜鉛(Zn)及びその他の不可避不純物を含む、請求項1に記載のめっき密着性及び耐腐食性に優れた亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 重量%で、アルミニウム(Al):5.1~35.0%、マグネシウム(Mg):4.0~25.0%、残部亜鉛(Zn)及びその他の不可避不純物を含む亜鉛めっき浴を準備する段階と、
前記亜鉛めっき浴に素地鋼板を浸漬し、めっきを行って亜鉛めっき鋼板を製造する段階と、
前記亜鉛めっき鋼板を、230~270℃まで0.01~5℃/sの冷却速度で1次冷却する段階、及び前記1次冷却された亜鉛めっき鋼板を、常温まで0.05~20℃/sの冷却速度で2次冷却する段階により冷却する段階と、を含み、
前記亜鉛めっき浴の温度は555℃超過~600℃未満であり、前記素地鋼板の引込温度は565℃超過~600℃未満であり、
前記素地鋼板の引込温度は前記亜鉛めっき浴の温度に比べて5~20℃高く、
前記2次冷却速度は、1次冷却速度より大きく、
前記冷却された亜鉛めっき鋼板は20~40μmの亜鉛めっき層の厚さを有する、めっき密着性及び耐腐食性に優れた亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記冷却はガスを噴射して行う、請求項3に記載のめっき密着性及び耐腐食性に優れた亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記冷却を行う前に、前記亜鉛めっき鋼板をガスワイピングする段階をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のめっき密着性及び耐腐食性に優れた亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記亜鉛めっき浴は、重量%で、アルミニウム(Al):11~15%、マグネシウム(Mg):5.1~9.0%、残部亜鉛(Zn)及びその他の不可避不純物を含む、請求項3に記載のめっき密着性及び耐腐食性に優れた亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
