Description
Claims (10)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンからの動力を駆動輪に伝達する変速機と、前方に存在する減速要因を検出する減速要因検出装置とを含む車両において、
前記減速要因検出装置により前記減速要因が検出されたことを条件に、運転者の減速要求の有無に拘わらず前記変速機のアップシフトを禁止し、前記減速要因検出装置により前記減速要因が検出された後に運転者により減速が要求された場合、前記変速機の変速比を現変速比よりも減速側にステップ的に変化させると共に変化後の変速比を維持させる制御装置を備える車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両において、
前記制御装置は、前記変速比の変化後の前記エンジンの回転数が予め定められた第1の閾値以下になるように前記変速比を前記現変速比よりも減速側にステップ的に変化させる車両。 - 請求項2に記載の車両において、
前記変速機は、有段変速機であり、
前記制御装置は、前記減速要因検出装置により前記減速要因が検出されたことを条件に、運転者の前記減速要求の有無に拘わらず前記変速機の前記アップシフトを禁止し、前記減速要因検出装置により前記減速要因が検出された後に運転者により前記減速が要求された場合、予め定められたダウンシフト条件の成立に拘わらず前記変速段を前記現変速段よりも少なくとも1段だけ減速側の変速段に変更させると共に変更後の変速段を維持させる車両。 - 請求項3に記載の車両において、
前記制御装置は、所定条件下での運転者の前記減速要求に応じて、前記変速段を前記エンジンの回転数が前記第1の閾値以下になる最減速側の変速段に変更させる車両。 - 請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載の車両において、
前記制御装置は、前記変速機の前記アップシフトが禁止された後に、前記エンジンの回転数が前記第1の閾値よりも高く定められた第2の閾値以上になった場合、前記変速比の維持を終了させる車両。 - 請求項5に記載の車両において、
前記制御装置は、前記減速要因検出装置により前記減速要因が検出された場合に、前記エンジンの回転数が前記第1の閾値よりも高く、かつ前記第2の閾値よりも低い第3の閾値以下であることを条件に、運転者の前記減速要求の有無に拘わらず前記変速機の前記アップシフトを禁止する車両。 - 請求項2から6の何れか一項に記載の車両において、
前記制御装置は、前記変速機の前記アップシフトが禁止された後に、運転者によりアクセルペダルが所定時間以上踏み込まれた場合、前記変速比の維持を終了させる車両。 - 請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の車両において、前記減速要求は、運転者によるブレーキペダルの踏み込みである車両。
- 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の車両において、前記減速要求は、所定車速以上での運転者によるアクセルペダルの踏み込み解除である車両。
- エンジンと、前記エンジンからの動力を駆動輪に伝達する変速機と、前方に存在する減速要因を検出する減速要因検出装置とを含む車両の制御方法において、
前記減速要因検出装置により前記減速要因が検出されたことを条件に、運転者の減速要求の有無に拘わらず前記変速機のアップシフトを禁止し、前記減速要因検出装置により前記減速要因が検出された後に運転者により減速が要求された場合、前記変速機の変速比を現変速比よりも減速側にステップ的に変化させると共に変化後の変速比を維持する車両の制御方法。
