Description
Claims (9)
- 回転動力を出力する駆動軸を有する走行動力源と、
前記走行駆動源の前記駆動軸から前記回転動力が入力されるCVT入力軸と、前記回転動力を出力するCVT出力軸と、前記CVT入力軸に設けられたドライブプーリーと、前記CVT出力軸に設けられたドリブンプーリーと、前記ドライブプーリー及び前記ドリブンプーリーに巻き掛けられたベルトと、を有する無段変速機と、
前記無段変速機から回転動力が入力されるギヤ変速機と、
前記ギヤ変速機から出力される回転動力を前記駆動輪に向けて出力する出力機構と、を備え、
前記ギヤ変速機は、
前記CVT出力軸から前記回転動力が入力されるGT入力軸と、
前記出力機構に前記回転動力を出力するGT出力軸と、
前記GT入力軸から前記GT出力軸に前記回転動力を伝達する第1GT中間軸と、
前記GT入力軸から前記GT出力軸に前記回転動力を伝達する第2GT中間軸と、
前記GT入力軸及び前記第1GT中間軸に設けられた第1変速ギヤ対と、
前記GT入力軸及び前記第2GT中間軸に設けられた第2変速ギヤ対と、
前記第1GT中間軸に設けられ、前記GT出力軸に動力伝達する第1伝達ギヤと、
前記第2GT中間軸に設けられ、前記GT出力軸に動力伝達する第2伝達ギヤと、を有し、
前記駆動軸、前記CVT入力軸、前記CVT出力軸、前記GT入力軸、前記第1GT中間軸、前記第2GT中間軸及び前記GT出力軸は、第1方向に延びており、
前記ギヤ変速機は、前記第1方向に前記無段変速機に対して並んで配置され、かつ、前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に前記走行駆動源に対して並んで配置され、
前記第1GT中間軸は、前記第2方向における前記GT入力軸の一方側に配置され、前記第2GT中間軸は、前記第2方向における前記GT入力軸の他方側に配置されている、ユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記ギヤ変速機は、前記GT出力軸に設けられた共用出力ギヤを有し、
前記第1伝達ギヤ及び前記第2伝達ギヤは、前記第2方向において互いに並んで配置されて前記共用出力ギヤに噛合している、請求項1に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記パワーユニットは、前記CVT出力軸から前記GT入力軸への動力伝達を切断可能なクラッチを更に有し、
前記クラッチは、前記GT入力軸の軸線周りに配置され、
前記第1方向における前記クラッチの位置は、前記第1方向における前記第1伝達ギヤ及び前記第2伝達ギヤの少なくとも一方の位置と重なっている、請求項1又は2に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記クラッチを作動させるクラッチアクチュエータと、
所定のニュートラル指令を受信すると、前記クラッチが切断状態になるように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するコントローラと、を更に備える、請求項3に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記パワーユニットは、前記CVT出力軸から前記GT入力軸への動力伝達を切断可能なクラッチを更に有し、
前記クラッチは、前記GT入力軸のうち前記無段変速機側とは反対側の端部に設けられ、前記第1GT中間軸及び前記第2GT中間軸に対して前記第1方向にずれて配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記クラッチを作動させるクラッチアクチュエータと、
所定のニュートラル指令を受信すると、前記クラッチが切断状態になるように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するコントローラと、を更に備える、請求項5に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記走行駆動源の前記駆動軸と平行に配置され、前記CVT入力軸と同一軸線上に配置された減速軸と、
前記駆動軸及び前記減速軸に設けられた減速ギヤ対と、
前記減速軸に設けられたポンプと、を更に備え、
前記第1方向における前記ポンプの位置は、前記第1方向における前記駆動軸の位置と重なっている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記CVT出力軸及び前記GT入力軸は、互いに同一軸線上に配置され、
前記駆動軸、前記CVT入力軸及び前記GT入力軸は、この順に前記第2方向の一方側に並び、
前記CVT入力軸は、前記駆動軸より下方に配置され、
前記GT入力軸は、前記駆動軸より上方に配置され、
前記第1GT中間軸及び前記第2GT中間軸は、前記GT入力軸より下方に配置され、
前記GT出力軸は、前記第1GT中間軸及び前記第2GT中間軸より下方に配置されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。 - 前記パワーユニットは、前記CVT出力軸から前記GT入力軸への動力伝達を切断可能なクラッチと、前記原動機の前記駆動軸に駆動されるポンプと、を更に有し、
前記駆動軸及び前記CVT入力軸は、互いに同一軸線上に配置され、
前記ポンプは、前記同一軸線上に設けられている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のユーティリティビークルのパワーユニット。
