Claims (12)
- 濾材(3)を流体技術的な構成部材に結合するための方法であって、
前記濾材(3)を前記流体技術的な構成部材に材料接続的な結合法によって結合するステップを含み、
前記材料接続的な結合法は超音波溶着法であり、
前記方法は、さらに、前記濾材(3)を適切な形状およびサイズで自動的に供給するステップを含み、
前記適切な形状およびサイズの前記濾材(3)の製作を打抜きによって行い、
前記打抜きを前記超音波溶着法のための溶着工具(10)によって実施する、
方法。 - 前記打抜きおよび前記超音波溶着法の溶着を前記溶着工具(10)のただ1回の作業ストロークで実施する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記濾材(3)と、前記流体技術的な構成部材との結合は、上位のアセンブリ内への前記流体技術的な構成部材の組付け工程のステップである、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記濾材(3)を前記流体技術的な構成部材の機能要素に結合し、
前記結合を、前記機能要素を前記流体技術的な構成部材内に組み付ける、特に最終組付け中の組付け工程のステップとして行う、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記流体技術的な構成部材は弁(2)であり、
前記弁(2)の使用は、流入弁または流出弁としての使用であり、前記弁(2)を流入弁として使用するときに、前記機能要素を、該機能要素に結合された前記濾材とともに組み付ける、請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記機能要素はノズル(4)である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記濾材(3)を、前記流体技術的な構成部材のハウジング部材に結合する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 流体技術的な構成部材と、該流体技術的な構成部材に結合可能な濾材とから成るシステムであって、
前記濾材は、前記流体技術的な構成部材に材料接続的な結合によって結合されているように構成されており、
前記材料接続的な結合は超音波溶着法による結合であり、
前記濾材は、適切な形状およびサイズで自動的に供給されており、
前記適切な形状およびサイズの前記濾材は、超音波溶着装置の溶着工具によって打ち抜くことによって製作されている、
システム。 - 前記流体技術的な構成部材は弁(2)である、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記弁(2)は、流入弁または流出弁として使用されるものであり、前記弁(2)を流入弁として使用するときに、前記濾材(3)は、前記流体技術的な構成部材の機能要素に結合されているように構成されている、請求項9記載のシステム。
- 前記機能要素はノズル(4)である、請求項10記載のシステム。
- 前記ノズル(4)は、前記流体技術的な構成部材の入口開口内に挿入された空気供給ノズルである、請求項11記載のシステム。
