Claims (10)
- 流体の流れを調整するための弁(1)であって、弁カートリッジ(10)を有しており、該弁カートリッジ(10)が、少なくとも1つの第1の流体開口(19.1)と、少なくとも1つの第2の流体開口(19.2)と、第1のバルブシート(24)および軸方向に可動な第1の閉鎖部材(26)を備えた前段階(20)と、第2のバルブシート(34)および軸方向に可動な第2の閉鎖部材(36)を備えた主段階(30)とを有しており、前記第1のバルブシート(24)が、前記第2の閉鎖部材(36)の第1の軸方向の貫通開口(38)に配置されており、前記第2の閉鎖部材(36)が少なくとも部分的に前段階スリーブ(22)内に配置されており、前記第1のバルブシート(24)が前記前段階スリーブ(22)内に配置されており、少なくとも1つの前記第1の流体開口(19.1)から前記前段階(20)に通じる流路が、前記前段階スリーブ(22)内の少なくとも1つの流入開口(44)を通って延びていて、前記流入開口(44)が半径方向で前記前段階スリーブ(22)内に設けられており、前記前段階スリーブ(22)内に嵌め込まれて配置されて端部に前記第1の閉鎖部材(26)を備える操作部材(16)と前記前段階スリーブ(22)との間に軸方向のフィルタギャップ(42)が形成されている形式のものにおいて、
前記操作部材(16)は、前記前段階スリーブ(22)内に嵌め込まれる大径部分と、該大径部分より小径に形成されて前記大径部分の端部から前記第1の閉鎖部材(26)側の端部までに続けて設けられる小径部分と、を有し、
前記大径部分と前記小径部分とを接続する部分は、前記操作部材(16)が前記前段階スリーブ(22)内に嵌め込まれている状態で、前記流入開口(44)の前記第1のバルブシート(24)側の一端部と該一端部に対向する他端部との間に位置され、
前記軸方向のフィルタギャップ(42)は、前記小径部分の外側面と前記前段階スリーブ(22)の内側面との間のギャップにより形成され、少なくとも1つの前記流入開口(44)と前記軸方向のフィルタギャップ(42)とが少なくとも領域的に重なり合っていて、前記流路内で共通の1つのフィルタ(40)を形成している
ことを特徴とする流体の流れを調整するための弁(1)。 - 前記軸方向のフィルタギャップ(42)の幅が、濾過しようとする汚れ粒子(9)の第1の寸法を規定し、少なくとも1つの前記流入開口(44)の直径が、濾過しようとする汚れ粒子(9)の第2の寸法を規定することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁(1)。
- 前記流入開口(44)と重なり合う、前記軸方向のフィルタギャップ(42)の端部領域が、流れの変向を生ぜしめる導入斜面(46)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の弁(1)。
- 前記前段階スリーブ(22)がその開放端部で以って、前記操作部材(16)の接続領域(16.1)に堅固に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- 前記前段階スリーブ(22)と前記操作部材(16)の前記接続領域(16.1)との結合が、圧縮成形接合または溶接またはねじ結合として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の弁(1)。
- 前記軸方向のフィルタギャップ(42)が、前記操作部材(16)の接続領域(16.1)内の軸方向溝として設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- 複数の流入開口(44)が前記前段階スリーブ(22)内に設けられており、軸方向溝として構成されたそれぞれ1つのフィルタギャップ(42)が、前記流入開口(44)のうちの1つと整列されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の弁(1)。
- 軸方向の前記フィルタギャップ(42)が、環状の段部として、前記操作部材(16)の接続領域(16.1)の端部区分に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- スリーブとして構成された弁下部(19)が弁スリーブ(12)に流体密に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁(1)。
- 第2の軸方向の貫通開口(33)を備えた弁体(32)が、スリーブとして構成された前記弁下部(19)内に配置されていて、前記第2のバルブシート(34)が、前記第2の軸方向の貫通開口(33)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の弁(1)。
