Description
Claims (24)
- 近位端部と遠位端部及びその間に延在する長手軸線を有する内視鏡と共に使用するための内視鏡的治療システムにおいて、前記内視鏡的治療システムは、
a)開放位置と閉鎖位置の間で軸線上を回転できるエンドエフェクタを有する遠位キャップアセンブリであって、前記エンドエフェクタが自由端部を有している、遠位キャップアセンブリと、
b)近位端部と遠位端部を有するトランスミッションアセンブリであって、前記遠位端部は、前記トランスミッションアセンブリの少なくとも一部分の変位が前記開放位置と閉鎖位置の間で前記エンドエフェクタを回転させるような形で、前記エンドエフェクタに対し作動的に結合されている、トランスミッションアセンブリと、
c)前記トランスミッションアセンブリに結合され、前記トランスミッションアセンブリの前記少なくとも一部分の前記変位をもたらして前記エンドエフェクタを回転させるように適応されている、近位ハンドルアセンブリと、
d)内部を通って器具を収容するために前記遠位キャップアセンブリから前記近位ハンドルアセンブリまで延在する、第1の管腔及び第2の管腔であって、前記第1の管腔が前記エンドエフェクタの前記自由端部と整列し、前記第2の管腔は、前記エンドエフェクタがその上で回転している前記軸線と前記第1の管腔との間に位置付けされている、第1の管腔及び第2の管腔と、
e)前記内視鏡の前記遠位端部の外周部の約180°を超える部分に位置付けされるように適応され、前記遠位キャップアセンブリの近位端部と当接関係にある、周囲係合構造と、
f)前記トランスミッションアセンブリ及び前記第1の管腔及び第2の管腔を前記内視鏡との関係において保持するように適応された、複数の離隔した補助クリップであって、前記トランスミッションアセンブリ及び第1の管腔及び第2の管腔に沿って長手方向に離隔しており、前記補助クリップは、前記トランスミッションアセンブリ及び第1の管腔及び第2の管腔の外周を延在するように適応された本体と、前記内視鏡の周りで前記補助クリップの把持を増強するために前記本体よりも高い摩擦係数を有する充填材料が充填され得る横断方向スロットとを有する、複数の離隔した補助クリップとを含む内視鏡的治療システム。 - 針と縫合糸を有する針アセンブリをさらに含み、前記針アセンブリが前記エンドエフェクタに対し取外し可能な形で結合されている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡的治療システム。

c)前記トランスミッションアセンブリに結合され、前記トランスミッションアセンブリの前記少なくとも一部分の前記変位をもたらして前記エンドエフェクタを回転させるように適応されている、近位ハンドルアセンブリと、
d)内部を通って器具を収容するために前記遠位キャップアセンブリから前記近位ハンドルアセンブリまで延在する第1の管腔及び第2の管腔であって、前記第1の管腔が前記エンドエフェクタの前記自由端部と整列し、前記第2の管腔は、前記エンドエフェクタがその上で回転している前記軸線と前記第1の管腔との間に位置付けされている、第1の管腔及び第2の管腔と、
e)前記内視鏡の前記遠位端部の外周部の約180°を超える部分に位置付けされるように適応され、前記遠位キャップアセンブリと一体化した、周囲係合構造とを含み、
