Description
溶液収容タンク、ポンプ、スプレー装置及び磁性体挟持装置を含み、
前記ポンプは第一管路及び第二管路を介して前記溶液収容タンク及び前記スプレー装置にそれぞれ連結され、
前記スプレー装置は前記磁性体挟持装置の上方に位置し、前記スプレー装置と前記磁性体挟持装置との間には空隙が存在し、
前記磁性体挟持装置は第三管路を介して溶液回収タンクに連結され、前記溶液回収タンクは第五管路を介して前記溶液収容タンクに連結され、
前記スプレー装置は溶液噴射ノズルを含み、前記第二管路によって前記ポンプに連結され、
前記磁性体挟持装置は、支持板、2つの上回収溝板及び2つの下回収溝板を含み、2つの前記下回収溝板は前記支持板の上面に平行に設置され、2つの前記下回収溝板の両端上面に、2つの前記上回収溝板が対称に設置され、平面視において2つの前記上回収溝板と2つの前記下回収溝板とで囲まれる空間によって前記Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体を収容する収容空間が形成される、ことを特徴とする。
(ステップa)重量含有量でポリシラザン又は変性ポリシラザン0~50%、セラミックフィラー0~10%、有機溶剤40~96%、接着剤0~10%を多段階で撹拌・混合して均一なスラリー状のセラミック前駆体溶液を作成し、
(ステップb)Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体を前記収容空間に設置して挟持固定し、
(ステップc)前記セラミック前駆体溶液を、前記ポンプによって前記スプレー装置へ送り、前記スプレー装置によって前記Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体の表面に前記セラミック前駆体溶液を噴射し、
(ステップd)噴射が完了した後、表面に前記セラミック前駆体溶液がコーティングされた前記Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体を熱処理し、前記セラミック前駆体溶液を乾燥硬化させてセラミック層を形成する、ことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体の表面にセラミック前駆体溶液を吹き付けるための装置であって、
溶液収容タンク、ポンプ、スプレー装置及び磁性体挟持装置を含み、
前記ポンプは第一管路及び第二管路を介して前記溶液収容タンク及び前記スプレー装置にそれぞれ連結され、
前記スプレー装置は前記磁性体挟持装置の上方に位置し、前記スプレー装置と前記磁性体挟持装置との間には空隙が存在し、
前記磁性体挟持装置は第三管路を介して溶液回収タンクに連結され、前記溶液回収タンクは第五管路を介して前記溶液収容タンクに連結され、
前記スプレー装置は溶液噴射ノズルを含み、前記第二管路によって前記ポンプに連結され、
前記磁性体挟持装置は、支持板、2つの上回収溝板及び2つの下回収溝板を含み、2つの前記下回収溝板は前記支持板の上面に平行に設置され、2つの前記下回収溝板の両端上面に、2つの前記上回収溝板が対称に設置され、平面視において2つの前記上回収溝板と2つの前記下回収溝板とで囲まれる空間によって前記Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体を収容する収容空間が形成される、
ことを特徴とするNd-Fe-B系永久磁性体表面へのセラミック前駆体溶液吹き付け装置。 - 請求項1に記載のNd-Fe-B系永久磁性体表面へのセラミック前駆体溶液吹き付け装置を用いた前記Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体の表面にセラミック層を形成する方法であって、
(ステップa)重量含有量でポリシラザン又は変性ポリシラザン0~50%、セラミックフィラー0~10%、有機溶剤40~96%、接着剤0~10%を多段階で撹拌・混合して均一なスラリー状のセラミック前駆体溶液を作成し、
(ステップb)Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体を前記収容空間に設置して挟持固定し、
(ステップc)前記セラミック前駆体溶液を、前記ポンプによって前記スプレー装置へ送り、前記スプレー装置によって前記Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体の表面に前記セラミック前駆体溶液を噴射し、
(ステップd)噴射が完了した後、表面に前記セラミック前駆体溶液がコーティングされた前記Nd-Fe-B系永久磁性体を熱処理し、前記セラミック前駆体溶液を乾燥硬化させてセラミック層を形成する、
ことを特徴とするNd-Fe-B系永久磁性体表面へのセラミック層形成方法。
