Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、電動アシスト車の一例である電動アシスト自転車の例をもって説明する。しかしながら、本発明の実施の形態の適用対象は、電動アシスト自転車だけに限定されず、人力に応じて移動する移動体(例えば、台車、車いす、昇降機など)の移動を補助するモータなどに対するモータ駆動制御装置についても適用可能である。
本実施の形態では、バッテリパック101の様々な状況に応じて、モータ駆動制御装置102の起動、バッテリパック101の充電、モータ105の回生駆動、力行駆動等を精緻に制御する。
これによって、蓄電装置が省電力状態になっていたり、蓄電装置の充電レベルが非常に低い場合にも対処できるようになる。

Claims (5)
- モータ駆動制御装置であって、
モータの動作を制御する第1の制御部と、
前記第1の制御部を制御する第2の制御部と、
前記モータ駆動制御装置に対する動作開始指示がなされていない状態で、前記第1の制御部による制御に依らずに回転する前記モータの逆起電力が所定の条件を満たすと、停止状態にある前記第2の制御部を起動させる補助部と、
を有し、
前記第2の制御部は、
前記モータ駆動制御装置に接続される蓄電装置の状態を確認して、前記蓄電装置から前記第2の制御部への電力供給が可能であるか否かを判断し、
前記蓄電装置から前記第2の制御部への電力供給が不可能であれば、自らの動作を停止する
モータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記補助部は、
前記第1の制御部による制御に依らずに回転する前記モータの逆起電力で、又は、前記第1の制御部による制御に依らずに回転する前記モータの逆起電力に応じて供給されるようになる蓄電装置からの電力で、前記第2の制御部を起動させる
請求項1記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - 前記補助部が、
前記第1の制御部による制御に依らずに回転する前記モータの逆起電力による電圧を整流する整流部と、
前記整流部によって整流された電圧が所定電圧以上になった場合に、前記モータ駆動制御装置に接続される蓄電装置からの電力供給を前記第2の制御部に対して行わせるための第1のスイッチをオンにするための回路と、
を有する請求項1記載のモータ駆動制御装置。 - モータ駆動制御装置であって、
モータの動作を制御する第1の制御部と、
前記第1の制御部を制御する第2の制御部と、
前記モータ駆動制御装置に対する動作開始指示がなされていない状態で、前記第1の制御部による制御に依らずに回転する前記モータの逆起電力が所定の条件を満たすと、停止状態にある前記第2の制御部を起動させる補助部と、
を有し、
前記第2の制御部は、
前記補助部による起動が許可されているか否かを確認して、前記補助部による起動が許可されていなければ、自らの動作を停止する
モータ駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つ記載のモータ駆動制御装置を有する電動アシスト車。
