Description
第1実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両の制御装置10A(以下、第1実施形態に係る制御装置10Aともいう。)について、図1〜図7Bを参照しながら説明する。
第1実施形態に係る制御装置10Aは、以上のように構成されるものであり、次に、制御装置10Aの動作について、図4〜図7Bを参照しながら説明する。この動作説明では、必要に応じて、図1〜図3を参照しながら説明する。
以上説明したように、第1実施形態に係る制御装置10Aでは、第1バッテリ16から流れる電流が第2バッテリ22に逆流することを防止する逆流防止手段としてのダイオード48を備えている。第1バッテリ16は、ライン35を介して駆動用電動機としてのACGスタータ14に接続され、一方で、第2バッテリ22は、ダイオード48を介してライン35に接続されている。第1バッテリ16及び第2バッテリ22は、異なる直流電圧の定格値を有し、定格値の異なる第1バッテリ16又は第2バッテリ22からACGスタータ14に電力供給を行うことにより、エンジン24を始動させる。
第2実施形態に係る制御装置10Bについて、図8を参照しながら説明する。なお、第1実施形態に係る制御装置10A(図1〜図7B参照)と同じ構成要素については、同じ参照符号を付けて、その詳細な説明を省略し、以下同様とする。
第3実施形態に係る制御装置10Cについて、図9を参照しながら説明する。
第4実施形態に係る制御装置10Dについて、図10を参照しながら説明する。
第5実施形態に係る制御装置10Eについて、図11を参照しながら説明する。
第6実施形態に係る制御装置10Fについて、図12を参照しながら説明する。
第7実施形態に係る制御装置10Gについて、図13を参照しながら説明する。
第8実施形態に係る制御装置10Hについて、図14を参照しながら説明する。

Claims (13)
- 駆動用電動機(14)と、前記駆動用電動機(14)に電力を供給する第1バッテリ(16)と、複数の補機(18、20)に電力を供給する第2バッテリ(22)とを備え、前記駆動用電動機(14)によりエンジン(24)を始動させるハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記第1バッテリ(16)から流れる電流が前記第2バッテリ(22)に逆流することを防止する逆流防止手段(48、86、92、96a、96b、102、114)をさらに備え、
前記第1バッテリ(16)は、ライン(35)を介して前記駆動用電動機(14)に接続され、
前記第2バッテリ(22)は、前記逆流防止手段(48、86、92、96a、96b、102、114)を介して前記ライン(35)に接続され、
前記第1バッテリ(16)及び前記第2バッテリ(22)は、異なる電圧の定格値を有し、
前記第2バッテリ(22)は、前記第1バッテリ(16)よりも低電圧のバッテリであり、
前記定格値の異なる前記第1バッテリ(16)又は前記第2バッテリ(22)から前記駆動用電動機(14)に電力供給を行い、
前記第1バッテリ(16)から前記駆動用電動機(14)に電力供給を行う際に、電圧変換手段(64)を用いて前記第1バッテリ(16)の電圧を前記第2バッテリ(22)の電圧に合わせるように変換し、変換後の電圧を前記駆動用電動機(14)に供給することにより、前記エンジン(24)を始動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記第1バッテリ(16)から前記駆動用電動機(14)への供給電圧の平均値と、前記第2バッテリ(22)から前記駆動用電動機(14)への供給電圧の平均値とは、前記駆動用電動機(14)を駆動するためのデューティ比に基づき決定されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項1又は2記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記第1バッテリ(16)又は前記第2バッテリ(22)の状態が、前記エンジン(24)を始動させることができる状態にあるか否かを判定する始動可否判定手段(66)をさらに備え、
一方のバッテリで前記エンジン(24)を始動させることができないと前記始動可否判定手段(66)が判定した場合、他方のバッテリから前記駆動用電動機(14)に電力を供給して前記エンジン(24)を始動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項3記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記始動可否判定手段(66)は、
前記第1バッテリ(16)又は前記第2バッテリ(22)の残容量が前記エンジン(24)を始動させるために必要な容量であるか否か、前記第1バッテリ(16)又は前記第2バッテリ(22)の電圧値が所定の設定値を下回っているか否か、あるいは、前記第1バッテリ(16)又は前記第2バッテリ(22)がフェイル状態にあるか否か、のいずれかを判定し、
前記一方のバッテリの残容量が前記必要な容量を下回っているか、前記一方のバッテリの電圧値が前記設定値を下回っているか、あるいは、前記一方のバッテリがフェイル状態にあることにより、前記一方のバッテリにより前記エンジン(24)を始動させることができないと判定した場合、前記他方のバッテリにより前記エンジン(24)を始動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項3又は4記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
通常時には、前記第2バッテリ(22)に優先して、前記第1バッテリ(16)が前記駆動用電動機(14)に電力を供給して前記エンジン(24)を始動させ、
一方で、前記第1バッテリ(16)で前記エンジン(24)を始動させることができないと前記始動可否判定手段(66)が判定した場合、前記第2バッテリ(22)から前記駆動用電動機(14)に電力を供給して前記エンジン(24)を始動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記第1バッテリ(16)から前記駆動用電動機(14)に前記エンジン(24)の始動時のデューティ比よりも高いデューティ比の電圧を供給することにより、前記駆動用電動機(14)を駆動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項6記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記ハイブリッド車両(12)のエンジン回転数又は車速に応じて、前記第1バッテリ(16)から前記駆動用電動機(14)に前記エンジン(24)の始動時のデューティ比よりも高いデューティ比の電圧を供給することにより、前記駆動用電動機(14)を駆動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記第1バッテリ(16)又は前記第2バッテリ(22)の状態が、前記エンジン(24)を始動させることができる状態にあるか否かを判定する始動可否判定手段(66)と、
前記第1バッテリ(16)で前記エンジン(24)を始動させることができないと前記始動可否判定手段(66)が判定した場合、前記駆動用電動機(14)内に蓄積された前記第1バッテリ(16)の電圧に起因した電荷を放電させる放電手段(70)と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項8記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記放電手段(70)によって前記電荷が放電されたか否かを確認する検出手段(58)をさらに備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項9記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記駆動用電動機(14)を駆動制御する制御部(26)と、前記第1バッテリ(16)の状態を監視するバッテリマネジメントユニット(28)とをさらに備え、
前記検出手段(58)は、前記制御部(26)又は前記バッテリマネジメントユニット(28)に備わることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10H、10I)において、
前記第2バッテリ(22)と該第2バッテリ(22)の周辺回路とによって第2バッテリユニット(116)が構成され、
前記第2バッテリユニット(116)には、外部からの電力を前記駆動用電動機(14)に供給する外部電力供給部(112)が、前記第2バッテリ(22)の端子とは別に設けられることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10H、10I)。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記第1バッテリ(16)から前記駆動用電動機(14)に電力供給を行わない場合、前記第2バッテリ(22)の電圧を前記駆動用電動機(14)に供給することにより、前記エンジン(24)を始動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)において、
前記第1バッテリ(16)の電圧の定格値は、前記第2バッテリ(22)の電圧の定格値の2倍以上であることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両(12)の制御装置(10A〜10I)。
