Description
Claims (6)
- 使用者が空調使用と給湯使用との何れか一方を選択可能な操作装置と、空調使用可能状態と給湯使用可能状態とで熱媒体流路を切換える流路切換装置と、該流路切換装置を制御する切換制御装置と、前記熱媒体流路の熱媒体を強制的に流動させるポンプ装置とを備える給湯装置において、
前記切換制御装置は、前記ポンプ装置の停止中に前記熱媒体流路を空調使用可能状態として待機しているとき、予め設定された空調使用待機時間が経過するまでの間に前記操作装置による空調使用の操作がされない場合は、前記流路切換装置を作動させて熱媒体流路を給湯使用可能状態に切換えることを特徴とする給湯装置。 - 使用者が空調使用と給湯使用との何れか一方を選択可能な操作装置と、空調使用可能状態と給湯使用可能状態とで熱媒体流路を切換える流路切換装置と、該流路切換装置を制御する切換制御装置と、前記熱媒体流路の熱媒体を強制的に流動させるポンプ装置とを備える給湯装置において、
使用者の不在を検出する不在検出装置を設け、
前記切換制御装置は、前記ポンプ装置の停止中に前記熱媒体流路を空調使用可能状態として待機しているとき、
前記不在検出装置によって使用者の不在が検出されず、且つ、前記空調使用待機時間が経過するまでの間に前記操作装置による空調使用の操作がされない場合は、前記流路切換装置を作動させて熱媒体流路を給湯使用可能状態に切換え、
前記不在検出装置によって使用者の不在が検出された場合は、前記空調使用待機時間が経過するまでの間に前記操作装置による空調使用の操作がされなくても前記熱媒流路を空調使用可能状態に維持することを特徴とする給湯装置。 - 請求項2記載の給湯装置において、
前記不在検出装置は、前記切換制御装置が前記熱媒体流路を空調使用可能状態として前記空調使用待機時間が経過するまでの間に前記操作装置による給湯使用の操作がされなかったとき、使用者が不在であることを検出することを特徴とする給湯装置。 - 請求項1~3の何れか1項記載の給湯装置において、
前記切換制御装置は、前記熱媒体流路を空調使用可能状態として前記空調使用待機時間の経過を待つ間に、前記操作装置による給湯使用の操作に応じて前記流路切換装置を作動させて熱媒体流路を給湯使用可能状態に切換えたとき、予め前記空調使用待機時間より短い時間に設定された給湯使用待機時間が経過するまで、熱媒体流路を給湯使用可能状態とすることを特徴とする給湯装置。 - 請求項1~4の何れか1項記載の給湯装置において、
前記熱媒体流路の熱媒体を加熱する燃焼装置を備えることを特徴とする給湯装置。 - 請求項1~4の何れか1項記載の給湯装置において、
前記熱媒体流路の熱媒体を加熱する加熱動作と熱媒体を冷却する冷却動作とを選択的に行うヒートポンプを備えることを特徴とする給湯装置。
