Description
共通の熱媒を用いて、暖房端末に該熱媒を循環させて暖房する暖房運転と、給湯熱交換器に循環させる該熱媒との熱交換で上水を加熱して湯を供給する給湯運転と、前記暖房運転および前記給湯運転を同時に行う同時運転とを実行可能な暖房給湯装置において、
前記熱媒を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記熱媒を前記暖房端末と前記給湯熱交換器とに振り分ける分配比を変更可能である分配手段と、
前記分配手段を制御し、前記暖房運転と、前記給湯運転と、前記同時運転とを切り換えることが可能な切換制御手段と、
前記加熱手段の加熱量を制御し、前記熱媒の温度を調節することが可能な加熱制御手段と、
前記暖房運転で前記熱媒を循環中の前記暖房端末が、前記給湯運転の要請があった場合に前記暖房運転を休止させることができる休止可能端末か、前記給湯運転の要請があった場合に前記暖房運転を休止させることができない休止不可端末かを判断する判断手段と
を備え、
前記切換制御手段は、前記暖房運転中に前記給湯運転の要請があった場合に、前記熱媒を循環中の前記暖房端末が前記休止可能端末のみであると、前記同時運転を禁止して前記給湯運転に切り換え、前記熱媒を循環中の前記休止不可端末があると、前記同時運転に切り換える
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 共通の熱媒を用いて、暖房端末に該熱媒を循環させて暖房する暖房運転と、給湯熱交換器に循環させる該熱媒との熱交換で上水を加熱して湯を供給する給湯運転と、前記暖房運転および前記給湯運転を同時に行う同時運転とを実行可能な暖房給湯装置において、
前記熱媒を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記熱媒を前記暖房端末と前記給湯熱交換器とに振り分ける分配比を変更可能である分配手段と、
前記分配手段を制御し、前記暖房運転と、前記給湯運転と、前記同時運転とを切り換えることが可能な切換制御手段と、
前記加熱手段の加熱量を制御し、前記熱媒の温度を調節することが可能な加熱制御手段と、
前記暖房運転で前記熱媒を循環中の前記暖房端末が、前記給湯運転の要請があった場合に前記暖房運転を休止させることができる休止可能端末か、前記給湯運転の要請があった場合に前記暖房運転を休止させることができない休止不可端末かを判断する判断手段と
を備え、
前記切換制御手段は、前記暖房運転中に前記給湯運転の要請があった場合に、前記熱媒を循環中の前記暖房端末が前記休止可能端末のみであると、前記同時運転を禁止して前記給湯運転に切り換え、前記熱媒を循環中の前記休止不可端末があると、前記同時運転に切り換える
ことを特徴とする暖房給湯装置。 - 請求項1に記載の暖房給湯装置において、
前記判断手段は、前記暖房端末が送風を伴わずに放熱する輻射式であれば、前記休止可能端末と判断し、前記暖房端末が送風を伴って放熱する対流式であれば、前記休止不可端末と判断する
ことを特徴とする暖房給湯装置。 - 請求項1に記載の暖房給湯装置において、
前記判断手段は、前記暖房運転で要求される前記熱媒の温度である暖房要求温度が所定温度未満であれば、前記休止可能端末と判断し、前記暖房要求温度が前記所定温度以上であれば、前記休止不可端末と判断する
ことを特徴とする暖房給湯装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか一項に記載の暖房給湯装置において、
前記給湯熱交換器に上水を供給する給水通路と、
前記給湯熱交換器で加熱された湯を導く出湯通路と、
前記給水通路と前記出湯通路とを接続し、前記給水通路の上水の一部を、前記給湯熱交換器を経ずに前記出湯通路へと通過させるバイパス通路と
前記バイパス通路を通過する上水の割合を調節可能である調節手段と
を備え、
前記暖房運転で要求される前記熱媒の温度である暖房要求温度が、前記給湯運転で要求される前記熱媒の温度である給湯要求温度よりも高い場合に、前記同時運転に切り換わると、前記加熱制御手段は、該同時運転における前記熱媒の目標温度を前記暖房要求温度に設定する
ことを特徴とする暖房給湯装置。
