Claims (4)
- 支持体と、
前記支持体に沿って移動可能な移動体と、
前記支持体と前記移動体との間に配置されて転動可能なローラと、
前記移動体に設けられて前記ローラを保持すると共に上側ローラ保持部材及び下側ローラ保持部材を有するローラ保持部材と、
を有する運動案内装置であって、
前記下側ローラ保持部材には、前記移動体の長手方向に沿って前記移動体の脚部と対向する突起部が形成され、
前記脚部には、前記支持体側へ開口して前記突起部を収容する開口部が前記長手方向に沿って形成され、
前記開口部は、上面と、下面と、前記上面と前記下面を連結する底面と、を有し、
前記突起部は、前記開口部の上面又は下面に対向する二つの側面のうちの少なくともいずれか一方に、所定の間隔で配列された複数の凸部を有し、
前記凸部を含む前記突起部の突起幅d1と、前記開口部の開口幅d2と、前記凸部を含まない前記突起部の突起幅d3とは、d1>d2>d3の関係を満たしていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 前記支持体は支持体側ローラ転走面を備え、
前記移動体は前記支持体側ローラ転走面に対向する移動体側ローラ転走面を備え、
前記ローラは前記支持体側ローラ転走面と前記移動体側ローラ転走面との間に配置され、
転動可能であり、
前記移動体は、前記移動体側ローラ転走面の幅方向に沿って、前記ローラの端面の面取り
部と対向する突出部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の運動案内装置。 - 前記凸部が円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の運動案内装置。
- 前記凸部が形成された位置に対応して前記突起部が中空形状に形成されていることを特徴
とする請求項3記載の運動案内装置。
