Description
以下、具体的な実施例について説明する。
実施例1~8におけるキャビティ駒501のサイズは、200[mm]×400[mm]×50[mm]とし、ヘアラインパターン200を付与するヘアラインパターン形成部500の外形は、150[mm]×350[mm]とした。
比較例1のキャビティ駒のサイズは、実施例1~8と同様とした。加工方法は、化学エッチングとした。まず、所望のヘアラインパターンを有するマスキングシートを作成し、マスキングシートを金型素材に張り付けた後、金型素材をエッチング用の液体に浸漬することにより金型表面を選択的に溶解して、キャビティ駒を製作した。そして、実施例1~8と同じ成形機、同じ樹脂素材で射出成形により樹脂成形品を成形した。
図9は、樹脂成形品の評価結果を示す図である。実施例1~8及び比較例1の樹脂成形品の表面の凹凸形状の評価を、キーエンス製のレーザー顕微鏡VK-Xにて行った。光沢の測定は日本電色工業(株)製のハンディーグロスメーターPG-1にて行った。これら測定器により、光沢、最大高さRy、山頂点の算術平均曲率Spcを測定した。
山頂点の算術平均曲率Spcとは、表面の山頂点の主曲率の平均であり、半径の逆数で表わされ、式(2)のように平均して算出される。したがって、この数値が小さいと山頂点に丸みがあり、幅の広い形状となっていることを示し、大きいと山頂点が尖って、幅の狭い形状をしていることを示している。
Claims (8)
- 切削工具を回転させながら金型素材の表面に前記切削工具の先端を切り込ませ前記切削工具を一方向に走査して切削加工することにより、前記一方向に延びる凹部を前記一方向と直交する幅方向に複数形成する金型の製造方法であって、
前記表面を基準に第1の切り込み深さで前記切削工具の先端を切り込ませ前記切削工具を一方向に走査して切削加工することにより複数の第1の凹部を形成する第1の加工工程と、
前記表面を基準に前記第1の切り込み深さよりも深い第2の切り込み深さで前記切削工具の先端を切り込ませ前記切削工具を一方向に走査して切削加工することにより前記第1の凹部よりも深い複数の第2の凹部を形成する第2の加工工程と、を有し、
前記第2の凹部の谷底点の間隔は、不規則な間隔となるように形成することを特徴とする金型の製造方法。 - 前記複数の第2の凹部の谷底点の間隔は、前記幅方向の面粗さが1/fゆらぎになるように調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型の製造方法。
- 前記第1の凹部の谷底点の間隔は、一定間隔となるように形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金型の製造方法。
- 前記第1の加工工程では、隣り合う前記第1の凹部同士が部分的に重なり合うように前記複数の第1の凹部を形成し、
前記第2の加工工程では、前記第1の加工工程にて加工した前記複数の第1の凹部上に前記複数の第2の凹部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の金型の製造方法。 - 前記切削工具としてボールエンドミルを用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の金型の製造方法。
- 前記第1の切り込み深さと前記第2の切り込み深さとの差が、3[μm]以上53[μm]以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の金型の製造方法。
- 前記第2の凹部の谷底点が前記第1の凹部の谷底点よりも5[μm]以上53[μm]以下の範囲で深いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の金型の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の金型の製造方法によって製造された金型によって樹脂成形品を成形することを特徴とする樹脂成形品の製造方法。
