Description
Claims (8)
- バッテリー制御装置であって、
第1制御端子、第1ノードに連結された第1センシング端子、第2制御端子、第3制御端子、第2ノードに連結された第2センシング端子、第4制御端子を含み、前記第1ノードおよび前記第2ノードの電圧変化をセンシングするMCUと、
前記第1ノードと前記第2ノードの間に連結された、コイルおよびスイッチを含むリレーと、
前記第1制御端子に連結された第1ゲート、前記第1ノードに連結された第1端を含む第1トランジスターと、前記第2制御端子に連結された第2ゲート、前記第1ノードに連結された第1端および前記第2ノードに連結された第2端を含む第2トランジスターと、で構成された第1低減回路と、
を備え、
前記MCUは、前記第1ノードの電圧変化がない場合、前記第1トランジスターがオンされ、前記第2トランジスターがオフされるように前記第1ゲートおよび前記第2ゲートをそれぞれ制御し、
前記MCUは、前記第1ノードの電圧が第1電圧から第2電圧に変わる場合、前記第2トランジスターを経由する第1経路を形成するように前記第2ゲートを制御するように構成され、
前記第1電圧は、前記第2電圧より高電圧である、バッテリー制御装置。 - 前記MCUは、前記第1ノードの電圧が第1電圧から接地電位に変わる場合、前記第2トランジスターを経由する第1経路を形成するように前記第2ゲートを制御するように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリー制御装置。
- 前記バッテリー制御装置は、
前記第3制御端子に連結された第3ゲート、前記第1ノードに連結された第1端および前記第2ノードに連結された第2端を含む第3トランジスターと、前記第4制御端子に連結された第4ゲート、前記第2ノードに連結された第1端および接地に連結された第2端を含む第4トランジスターと、で構成された第2低減回路と、
をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー制御装置。 - 前記MCUは、前記第2ノードの電圧変化がない場合、前記第3トランジスターがオフされ、前記第4トランジスターがオンされるように前記第3ゲートおよび前記第4ゲートをそれぞれ制御するように構成された、請求項3に記載のバッテリー制御装置。
- 前記MCUは、前記第2ノードの電圧が前記第2電圧から前記第1電圧に変わる場合、前記第3トランジスターを経由する第2経路を形成するように、前記第3ゲートを制御する、請求項4に記載のバッテリー制御装置。
- 前記MCUは、前記第1ノードおよび前記第2ノードの電圧変化がない場合、前記第1トランジスターと前記第4トランジスターがオンされ、前記第2トランジスターと前記第3トランジスターがオフされるように前記第1ゲートから前記第4ゲートをそれぞれ制御するように構成された、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー制御装置。
- 前記MCUは、前記第1ノードの電圧が前記第1電圧から前記第2電圧に変わり、前記第2ノードの電圧が前記第2電圧から前記第1電圧に変わる場合、前記第2トランジスターおよび前記第3トランジスターを経由する第3経路を形成するように前記第2ゲートおよび前記第3トランジスターをそれぞれ制御する、請求項6に記載のバッテリー制御装置。
- 前記スイッチは、前記コイルで発生する磁場によりオン/オフされる、請求項7に記載のバッテリー制御装置。
