Claims (17)
- 第n行に含まれた複数のサブ画素はそれぞれ初期化期間、サンプリング期間、プログラミング期間、および発光期間により駆動される画素駆動回路を含み(nは自然数)、
前記画素駆動回路は
発光素子と、
第1ノードおよび第2ノードに連結された第1キャパシタと、
前記第2ノードおよび高電位電圧を提供する高電位電圧配線に連結された第2キャパシタと、
前記発光素子に電流を供給し前記第1ノードに印加された電圧によって制御される駆動トランジスタと、
第1スキャン信号により制御され、前記第1ノードと初期化電圧配線とに連結された第1トランジスタと、
前記第1スキャン信号により制御され、前記初期化電圧配線と前記駆動トランジスタのドレインとに連結された第2トランジスタと、
前記第1スキャン信号により制御され、前記第2ノードと前記駆動トランジスタのソースとに連結された第3トランジスタと、
第2スキャン信号によって制御されて前記プログラミング期間の間ターン-オンされてデータ電圧を前記第2ノードに印加する第2スイッチング回路と、
前記高電位電圧配線と前記第2ノードとに連結された第3スイッチング回路と、
エミッション信号によって制御されて前記初期化期間および前記発光期間の間ターン-オンされて前記高電位電圧を前記駆動トランジスタに印加する発光制御回路と
を含み、
前記サンプリング期間は1水平期間を超過する期間であり、前記初期化期間および前記プログラミング期間は1水平期間である、
電界発光表示パネル。 - 前記第1スキャン信号および前記第2スキャン信号は互いに異なるスキャン駆動回路から出力される、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1キャパシタの電極の面積は前記第2キャパシタの電極の面積の2倍である、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1トランジスタ及び前記第2トランジスタは前記初期化期間にもターン-オンされて前記駆動トランジスタのゲートを初期化電圧に放電させ、前記第2ノードに前記高電位電圧を印加する、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第3スイッチング回路は第(n-4)行に提供される第2スキャン信号によって制御されて前記初期化期間の間ターン-オンされ、nは5以上の自然数である、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1トランジスタはダブル-ゲート型トランジスタで実現された二つのトランジスタを含み、
前記二つのトランジスタのうち、前記第1ノードに連結されたトランジスタのチャネル長は前記初期化電圧配線に連結されたトランジスタのチャネル長より長い、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示パネル。 - 前記発光制御回路は
前記エミッション信号によってターン-オンされて前記高電位電圧配線と前記駆動トランジスタのソースに連結された第1エミッショントランジスタと、
前記エミッション信号によってターン-オンされて前記駆動トランジスタのドレインと前記発光素子のアノードに連結された第2エミッショントランジスタと
を含む、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示パネル。 - 前記サンプリング期間は前記電界発光表示パネルの解像度により可変可能な、請求項1に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 第n行に含まれた複数のサブ画素はそれぞれ初期化期間、サンプリング期間、プログラミング期間、および発光期間により駆動される画素駆動回路を含み、(nは自然数)
前記画素駆動回路は
発光素子と、
第1ノードおよび第2ノードに連結された第1キャパシタと、
前記第2ノードおよび高電位電圧配線に連結された第2キャパシタと、
前記発光素子に電流を供給し前記第1ノードに印加された電圧によって制御される駆動トランジスタと、
前記第1ノードと初期化電圧配線とに連結され、第1エミッション信号によって制御される第1トランジスタと、
前記初期化電圧配線と前記駆動トランジスタのドレインとに連結され、前記第1エミッション信号によって制御される第2トランジスタと、
前記第2ノードと前記駆動トランジスタのソースとに連結された第3トランジスタと、
スキャン信号によって制御されて前記プログラミング期間の間ターン-オンされてデータ電圧を前記第2ノードに印加する第2スイッチング回路と、
前記高電位電圧配線と前記第2ノードとに連結された第3スイッチング回路と、
第2エミッション信号によって制御されて前記初期化期間および前記発光期間の間ターン-オンされて高電位電圧を前記駆動トランジスタに印加する発光制御回路と
を含み、
前記サンプリング期間は1水平期間を超過する期間であり、前記初期化期間および前記プログラミング期間は1水平期間である、
電界発光表示パネル。 - 前記第1キャパシタの電極の面積は前記第2キャパシタの電極の面積の2倍である、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1トランジスタ、前記第2トランジスタ及び前記第3トランジスタはNMOSトランジスタであり、前記発光制御回路はPMOSトランジスタである、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1エミッション信号は第(n-1)行に提供されるエミッション信号であり、nは2以上の自然数である、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1トランジスタ、前記第2トランジスタ及び前記第3トランジスタは前記初期化期間にもターン-オンされて前記駆動トランジスタのゲートを初期化電圧に放電させ、前記第2ノードに前記高電位電圧を印加する、請求項12に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1エミッション信号および前記第2エミッション信号は第n行に提供される互いに同一のエミッション信号である、
請求項9に記載の電界発光表示パネル。 - 前記第3スイッチング回路は前記初期化期間の間ターン-オンされる、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記第3スイッチング回路は第(n-4)行に提供される第2スキャン信号によってターン-オンおよびターン-オフが制御され、nは5以上の自然数である、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
- 前記発光制御回路は
前記第2エミッション信号によってターン-オンされて前記高電位電圧配線と前記駆動トランジスタのソースに連結された第1エミッショントランジスタと、
前記第2エミッション信号によってターン-オンされて前記駆動トランジスタのドレインと前記発光素子のアノードに連結された第2エミッショントランジスタと
を含む、請求項9に記載の電界発光表示パネル。
