Description
図1はハイブリッド車両1を例示する模式図である。図1に示すように、ハイブリッド車両1はハイブリッドシステム9および内燃機関10(エンジン)を搭載し、駆動輪1aおよび1bを有する。ハイブリッド車両1は、バッテリ2が外部電源により充電可能なプラグインハイブリッド車両でもよい。内燃機関10は例えばガソリンエンジンであり、燃料を燃焼させて動力を発生させる。
ハイブリッドシステム9は、バッテリ2、インバータ3、モータジェネレータ(MG:Motor Generator)4および5、動力分割機構6、リダクションギヤ7および減速機8を含む。MG4および5は、モータ機能(力行)および発電機能(回生)を有し、インバータ3を介してバッテリ2に接続されている。
図2は排気浄化装置100を例示する模式図である。図2に示すように、排気浄化装置100は内燃機関10に適用され、ECU50、SCR触媒40およびフィルタ42を備える。

Claims (2)
- 内燃機関に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、排気を浄化する触媒と、
前記排気通路のうち前記触媒よりも下流側に設けられ、粒状物質を捕集するフィルタと、
前記燃料噴射弁から噴射された燃料を未燃の状態で前記内燃機関から前記排気通路に導入する燃料導入部と、
前記内燃機関の負荷の上限を制御する負荷制御部と、
前記未燃の燃料の噴射終了時からの、前記内燃機関に流れる空気の積算量を取得する取得部と、を具備し、
前記燃料が未燃の状態で前記排気通路に供給される場合、前記負荷制御部は、前記負荷の上限を、前記噴射前における前記負荷の上限である第1の制限値よりも低い第2の制限値とし、
前記未燃の燃料の噴射終了時以降、
前記積算量が所定量以下である場合、前記負荷制御部は前記負荷の上限を前記第2の制限値とし、
前記積算量が所定量より大きい場合、前記負荷制御部は前記負荷の上限を前記第2の制限値よりも高くする排気浄化装置。 - 前記内燃機関の吸気通路に設けられたスロットルバルブを具備し、
前記負荷制御部は前記スロットルバルブの開度の上限を制御することで、前記負荷の上限を制御する請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
