Claims (4)
- ディスクブレーキに装着されるパッドスプリングであって、
前記パッドスプリングは、車両の非回転部分に取付けられる取付部材に係止される係止部を備え、
前記係止部は、ディスクロータに対向する領域の少なくとも一部のコーティング膜が、その他の領域のコーティング膜厚よりも薄い、パッドスプリング。 - ディスクブレーキであって、該ディスクブレーキは、
車両の非回転部分に取付けられディスクロータの外周側を跨いで形成される取付部材と、
前記ディスクロータの両面に押圧される一対の摩擦パッドと、
前記取付部材に取付けられ前記各摩擦パッドを弾性的に支持するパッドスプリングとを備え、
前記パッドスプリングは、前記取付部材の前記ディスクロータの外周側を跨ぐ部分に該パッドスプリングを係止させるための係止部を有し、
前記係止部は、前記ディスクロータに対向する領域の少なくとも一部のコーティング膜が、その他の領域のコーティング膜厚よりも薄い、ディスクブレーキ。 - 請求項2に記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記係止部には、前記ディスクロータに近接する方向に突出した突出部が形成されており、
前記突出部は、前記ディスクロータのロータ面の外周方向延長平面上となる位置に形成されている、ディスクブレーキ。 - 請求項2に記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記係止部には、前記ディスクロータに近接する方向に突出した突出部が形成されており、
前記係止部には前記コーティング膜が形成され、
前記コーティング膜のうち前記突出部のコーティング膜厚は、他の領域のコーティング膜厚よりも薄くなっている、ディスクブレーキ。
