Description
上記実施形態では、斜板本体91と小径ピストン70との間にピストン受け部材60を設ける例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。ピストン受け部材60は省略することもできる。この場合、ストッパ40に斜板本体91が直接当接することにより、最小傾転角が規定される。また、斜板本体91は、小径ピストン70によって傾転角が大きくなる方向に直接押圧される。
上記実施形態では、接触部C1、接触部C2及び接触部C3が同一平面上に位置する例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば、回転中心軸O1及び揺動中心軸O2のそれぞれに直交する仮想平面上に接触部C2を配置し、仮想平面に対して面対称となるように接触部C1及び接触部C3を配置してもよい。
上記実施形態では、ピストンポンプ100の吐出圧P1によって斜板8を付勢する小径ピストン70が、ストッパ40に摺動支持される例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。制御圧Pcによって斜板8を付勢する傾転制御ピストンを、ストッパ40に摺動支持するようにしてもよい。
Claims (2)
- 液圧回転機であって、
ケースと、
前記ケースに収容され、複数のシリンダを有するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダ内に往復動自在に挿入されるピストンと、
前記シリンダブロックの回転に伴って前記ピストンを往復動させる斜板と、
前記斜板を付勢し、前記斜板の傾転角を制御する傾転制御ピストンと、
前記ケースに形成された取付穴に取り付けられ、前記斜板の最小傾転角を規定するストッパと、を備え、
前記ストッパは、内周に前記傾転制御ピストンを摺動可能に支持する摺動面と、前記斜板に当接する当接部と、を有する
ことを特徴とする液圧回転機。 - 請求項1に記載の液圧回転機であって、
前記斜板は、
斜板本体と、
前記斜板本体に取り付けられ、前記傾転制御ピストンが摺接する摺接面を有するピストン受け部材と、をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする液圧回転機。
