Description
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る液圧回転機100について説明する。
次に、図3を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態について、説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態と同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。具体的には、第2実施形態は、レギュレータ150の構成が第1実施形態のレギュレータ50の構成と異なるのみであり、その他の構成は同様である。
Claims (4)
- 液圧回転機であって、
駆動軸と共に回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックに形成され前記駆動軸の周方向に所定の間隔をもって配置される複数のシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入され前記シリンダの内部に容積室を区画するピストンと、
前記容積室を拡縮するように前記ピストンを往復動させる傾転可能な斜板と、
供給される制御圧に応じて前記斜板を付勢する第1付勢機構と、
前記第1付勢機構に抗するように前記斜板を付勢する第2付勢機構と、
前記第1付勢機構に導かれる前記制御圧を前記液圧回転機の自己圧に応じて制御するレギュレータと、を備え、
前記レギュレータは、
前記斜板の傾転に追従して伸縮する付勢部材と、
前記付勢部材の付勢力に応じて移動して、前記制御圧を調整する制御スプールと、
前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗するように前記制御スプールに対して付勢力を発揮する補助付勢部材と、
前記補助付勢部材が発揮する付勢力を調整する調整機構と、を有することを特徴とする液圧回転機。 - 前記調整機構は、前記付勢部材が発揮する付勢力を超えない範囲で前記補助付勢部材の付勢力を調整可能に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記シリンダブロックを収容するケースをさらに備え、
前記ケースには、前記制御スプールが摺動自在に挿入されるスプール収容孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記レギュレータは、前記制御スプールと前記補助付勢部材との間に設けられる間座部材と、
前記間座部材によって区画され、前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗するように前記制御スプールを付勢する信号圧が導かれる信号圧室と、をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の液圧回転機。
