Claims (3)
- 馬力制御圧に応じて駆動馬力が制御されるポンプへ前記馬力制御圧を供給するポンプ制御圧レギュレータであって、
前記馬力制御圧を前記ポンプへ導く第1通路と、前記ポンプの吐出圧が導かれる第2通路と、前記ポンプの馬力を変更する前記吐出圧より低い信号圧が導かれる第3通路と、前記第1通路、前記第2通路及び前記第3通路が開口する取付孔と、を有するハウジングと、
前記取付孔に取り付けられ、前記第1通路と連通する第1ポートと、前記第2通路と連通する第2ポートと、前記第3通路と連通する第3ポートと、を有するスリーブと、
前記スリーブに摺動自在に収容され、前記第2ポートを通じて供給される前記吐出圧と前記第3ポートを通じて供給される前記信号圧とに応じて軸方向に変位し、前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとの連通を許容または遮断する制御スプールと、を備え、
前記ハウジング及び前記スリーブの何れかには、作動流体が貯留されるタンクに連通するドレン通路が設けられ、
前記ドレン通路は、前記第2通路と前記第2ポートとが接続される第2接続部と、前記第3通路と前記第3ポートとが接続される第3接続部と、の間において開口することを特徴とするポンプ制御圧レギュレータ。 - 前記ドレン通路は、前記スリーブの外周面において一端が開口し、前記スリーブと前記制御スプールとの摺動面において他端が開口することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ制御圧レギュレータ。
- 前記スリーブには、前記制御スプールと前記スリーブとの間の隙間を通じて漏れ出た作動流体を回収するための回収室と、前記回収室に回収された作動流体を前記タンクへと回収する回収通路と、が設けられ、
前記ドレン通路は、前記回収通路に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポンプ制御圧レギュレータ。
